The air hostess was excellent. I have taken so many flight domestic and international, this is the first time the air hostess was so caring. She was a delight

It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.

I needed internet for critical matters and it never worked.

Checking bag at terminal was horrible. No agents to check us in and only 1 kiosk working. Boarding went ok. Crew onboard was very scattered rained. Missed our row while serving and then didn’t see them hardly again.

No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.

Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,

Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.

A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight

Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.

Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.

Delayed couple hours due to airplane maintenance issues, we boarded and then asked to unboard, but cmon!! Can they do the whole maintenance prior to boarding?

Broke my luggage and I can't get a resolution yet.

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.

The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.

Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted

The flight was fine but the 8 hour delay in Chicago was awful - 5 gate changes and repeated delays without an explanation. No vouchers. Nothing.

No food/snack served during the flight. Crew wasn’t interested at all. Flew American First but flying low cost with Ryanair is even better

The flight was good. The only reason I did not say “excellent” was the delay

They could have done a better job announcing the boarding groups and asked for more drinks (water) if needed.
