Pros: "Delays, delays, delays. An initial delay of 1.5 hours due to a switched plane. Then they needed mechanics to check out a bird hit to the plane. That took another 3 hours to happen. And they boarded us first, then found the issue, deplaned us, had a gate switch and then the wait. Very frustrating! Once on board, everything went smoothly as it typically does."

I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, it was just overcrowded. It was also very hot in the airplane the entire way from Phoenix to Spokane. My husband, who is always cold, was even hot."

Snack offerings are minimal one almost all airlines for regular fares. a tiny wafer cookie or about 5 mini-pretzels are not very impressive. I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!"

Cons: "My flight IB 4190 from DFW to Paris on 11/11/17 @ 17:55 was operated by American Airline. I was denied to pay for my second check in bag for the simple reason that I didn't buy my ticket with American Airline!! According to American Airline agent (Danielle) at the counter, a ticket purchased with Iberia only allow 1 check bag for free and you are not allow to check in an additional bag. I called the travelling agency and Iberia customer service agent (Jose) while I was at the airport. They both told me that I should go with the luggage rule of American Airline which allow passenger to pay for a second bag. Danielle refused to talk to both agents I called. I need someone to tell me how my luggage can be send to me to Paris please. I had a very bad experience with this trip. Please help clarify the discrepancy!"

Cons: "The way this flight was cancelled due to weather and couldn’t be rescheduled by anyone at the airport, on the phone — knowing it was due to the size of the plane and the weather conditions. I wasn’t even offered a voucher or accommodation for what I was being told would be a 24-hour delay. That was until we met Greg, he literally saved our trip and our experience with American Airlines."

Pros: "Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."
Cons: "Because the airplane is so small there is not much room to move in the aisle (thankfully most people just sat down for the short flight), also you have to hand in your carry on baggage so that it is stored with the main bags."

Very last seat on the plane by the lavatories and newr the flight attendants station. The flight attendants talked very loudly the entire flight. so loud I woke up and needed to watch a movie to drown them out. i wdoubt I will be back on American any time soon."

Cons: "Upon arriving in Lima, Avianca 808 passengers became aware that none (zero, nada) of the bags were loaded onto the plane in Cusco. The customer service response to this airline error was sub-par. Passengers were told that the baggage issue was "weather-related", which is ludicrous even if the weather both in origin and destination had not been clear and sunny with no wind (it was). Info was taken on if passengers needed bags sent on to another destination or to a hotel but were told it would not get to Lima until the next morning (this was flight 808 landing just before 4 pm). Unclear why it couldn't be put on the next flight same day. And unclear what is happening to our bags now until the morning. No apology wasn't issued to passengers. Additionally we were delayed 15 mins due to "weather". I don't mind short delays but it was absolutely not weather-related. Weather is the default excuse to transfer fault away from themselves."
