The arm was not able to go down comfortably, and when it did it was not usable . The passenger on my left, window seat, was probably 6'7" and had to sit with a man spread in order to fit. I could not move and was extremely uncomfortable. The plane was overbooked so I was unable to move. Therefore, worst flight ever. Plus, I paid for a full seat and was only able to occupy half of it."

A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. She brought it back to the airport and refused to turn over the bag until the airport compensated her. (How this happened I have no idea because I stood right by the entrance of the baggage claim and never saw the bag come out). The customer refused to return the bag until the police became involved at which point she agreed to write a note confirmed she did not steal anything. The bag then needs to be sent to me in 2 days and I'll have to verify myself that indeed nothing was taken from the bag. I'm very concerned how this individual came to be in possession of my bag considering, again, I stood right at the entrance of the baggage claim conveyor belt from the time it started to when it ended. As a result, this experience really made me feel frustrated and violated."

Cons: "Bought my tickets for my parents. My moms brother found out he had terminal cancer and wasn't going to last but 2 weeks or so a day before they were scheduled to depart. When my parents were scheduled to leave my dad tried asking for Frontier airlines to give my mom a voucher for another flight so she could stay a few days longer until he passed. Frontier airlines refused and then tried charging my dad a cancellation fee of $96. The whole reason I paid for my parents trip is because they had no money and then Frontier airlines tried charging double price for cancellation fee. My mom then had to buy her ticket home for $190. We have always used Southwest Airlines in the past due to their no fees for luggage and very accommodating to cancellations. Cons: "2.0 hours late boarding; boarded 2x; lousy information; surly condescending station manager; insane baggage counter hours; no connection information in flight despite airline full responsibility for everyone on the plane being behind schedule.; connecting flight still at gate when 10 people tried to board and were not given access until a near riot occurred; no one seemed care at all. A woman with 5 week old child, a senior citizen with a cane, a woman recovering form surgery all RAN from gate to the other (about 1/2 miles) only to be told they were too late, the terminal door was closed. Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!"
Cons: "Bag fee, carry on fee, pick seat fee, were bad.enough, but 11.00 for 2 sodas and snacks,, then asking for a tip was too much. Will pay more for any other airline."

Cons: "The assistance of a front counter agent was horrible and made inappropriate comments to me due to me being late to my flight which was due to a faulty shuttle and short staffed rental service as if I was aware of airline policy! Even though I wanted to avoid all of lines to check in (only carry on bag) but all kiosk where out of service which why the lines where so long...the snide remarks and rude comments were not appreciated especially in front of other patrons, thank God another agent to assist me after the line agent moved me another customer up due to our flights."
