Cons: The seats were incrediblely uncomfortable; the worst I've ever had on a flight. They cannot recline. Padding is at a minimum. You don't even get water.

Cons: The Crew never said a word. No offer of water, food or anything. Seats very uncomfortable! Best thing it was a direct flight.

Pros: We had about a 45 minute weather delay but those things can't be helped. The Captain kept us informed and he flew like superman getting us through all that crazy wind coming into Las Vegas. The plane was new and clean, the crew was great. Love that wide aisle...it eliminates that sardine feeling!!

Cons: AA1792 from Dallas to Cincinnati on 6/8/19 had no air conditioning. It was miserable. The brakes needed repair, too. No passengers seated in the premium exit aisle seats.

Cons: Airlines that actually fly. We ended up renting a car and driving the 3.5 hours from Charlotte to Savannah and actually beat the flight that finally left after 11 pm and landed 1 am. We should have gotten the car much sooner and driven instead of sitting at the airport for 8 hours.

Pros: Crew was the best I have had in 2019 on Delta, the only good crew.

Cons: Everything at the Atlanta Airport. From the airport and staff itself to those working for Delta Airlines. It has been so bad, that I am thinking of flying with American Airlines again and avoiding the Atlanta Airport all together. Absolutely the worst airport in the country, Delta not much better

Pros: The crew was good , plane was delayed and late for departure. Second flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours , I just can’t catch a break !!

Cons: I could not log onto the website and check my carryon bag , cost me $50 at check in. It would not recognize my number for the first flight. I’m a known traveler on Frontier so I did log in with them .

Cons: Not much other than more room and more cushion in seats. Quick boarding in group 4, friendly crew, the Taco salad was actually pretty good. Watched 2 movies, both still premium on the pay channels.

Pros: Allegiant knows how to get people off and back on the plane ASAP. The last few flights I have taken we left early and arrived earlier than planned because of this. Crew was friendly. I like the fact the flights are direct and no layovers at airports.

Pros: Loved the pilot telling us a little about the flight crew and their piloting experience(Air Force) , and how he kept us abreast of flight status/timing , as well as our location at various points along the route. The crew was very very nice!
