Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people."

Cons: "Everything from beginning to end was horrible. They messed up on our seats so I couldn't sit with my parents who are both elderly and need my assistance. The flight attendants were rude (no greeting, no smiles). My TV did not work and my tray for food was dirty."

The crew so friendly and very hard working constantly there to please the passengers also having Free movies made the 5 and a 1/2 hour flight go very quickly. Cons: "My toddler daughter became ill before departure and the crew was awful. They failed to provide me with hardly anything besides 2 blankets and a few remoistened hand wipes to clean up vomit and was very rude when I asked to change seats, even though there were at least 8 other seats open on the flight."

He was an older man who needed extra assistance. From the look of her face she didn't feel like helping him... as simple as helping him pour ice into his cup. Instead I helped my fellow neighbor. She might not feel comfortable helping a senior citizen but don't be so loud or make a face of disgust."

Pros: "When I finally was assigned a seat (after my "Runaround"), I got a slight upgrade: Row 12 was a roomier seat and I got a choice of fruit for a snack."
Cons: "Runaround by gate agent: The gate agent was located about 15 yards from the actual gate. I waited there 20 minutes before anyone showed up, to get a seat assignment. When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. When I came back she said she wasn't giving seat assignments; go see the person checking in boarding passengers at the gate. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

Pros: "Purser Rockland Albrecht and his crew went out of their way to make our over night flight BA as comfortable as possible. Found us better seats and checked in to see that all was well on a busy flight. Service has certainly improved!"

Cons: "Nothing to complain about On this trip, wich departed Kate due to bad weather in Miami, due to heavy rain adn storm, and in spite of that, the flight arrived just a few minutes behind schedule."

Cons: "I'm only 5'7" and normal build, and the seats were uncomfortably narrow with no room to partially straighten even my short legs. The life vest box under each seat also doesn't leave much room for the personal item you're supposed to stow under there."

Cons: "I checked in in Miami airport 12 hs before leaving. I was told by the fake friendly attendsnt that our seats , my husband’s snd mine, were separated. When asked to see if wevcould bd placed together she sarcastically commented that we had bought our flight through expedia and if we had dome it directky with AA we might have been together. Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

Baggage didn’t show up until three days later and we had to retrieve it at the airport. Was given incorrect information numerous times, also several of the customer service agents were very impolite and not helpful whatsoever. Not a great experience, will do my best to avoid flying AA in the future."

The crew was inappropriately familiar with the passengers. We are not friends, and I prefer a bit of professional distance. The seats are designed for VERY tall people; my feet were swinging, as were those of everyone in my row. It was quite uncomfortable."

Cons: "Frankfurt was rebooked by AA to PHL connecting to LGA. LGA leg was cancelled. They wanted us to take a flight to LGA the next day. We got ticketed to DCA connecting to LGA same day. Finally arrived home after 18 hours of travel. NOT HAPPY. We don't blame AA for weather cancellation but it was not an easy trip home."

Cons: "I was delayed out of Newark due to the arrivung flight coming in late. When i landed in charlotte, i sprinted across the airport and missed the connection by 2 minutes. Rules are rules, i understand thwy cant reopen the flight for me. It happens. The frustrating part was when aa refused to comp me a hotel room. I got a voucher for a discount. The discount worked out to be 6 dollars. Not a pleasant experience."

There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Cons: "The older woman stewardess was rude. I tried to give her my papers and she ignored me. So I put them in the pocket and the man next to me saw what happened and she responded to him. Curt. The plane is old and no individual TV. The food choices were very limited. I felt like cattle rather than a relaxing flight. Flying use to be fun and exciting and part of a great trip. Now it is endured to get on a trip."
