I thought the service was very nice and pleasant. There were no hiccups and no issues so overall a good experience.
Average seat comfort, a drink and chips were provided, early boarding because we checked a carryon at the gate was nice. Ticket pricing shenanigans, including fees to pick a seat, check a bag, and get food onboard - evidence the industry is reinvigorating last century’s strategies- destroys the experience before one ever arrives at the airport. It’s difficult to recognize any value or sustain loyalty in the end-to-end process making air travel more drudgery than pleasure.
WiFi didn’t work. Flight delayed 3 hours Crew members were illiterate Seat lean back did not work.
The plan was delayed and left DC 90 minutes late. However, it showed a 20 minute delay on the delta app, then a 12 min delay. It turned out to be an hour delay. I found out where the plane was with flightaware. Stop keeping customers in the dark about what is going on.
Could not get my connecting flight boarding pass until four hrs before departure! Ver annoying especially since the staff could not explain why!
Improve boarding- the zone assignment and boarding is always a mess- there is not clear instructions of what is going on at the gate. As a meme bet there is no more selection of a good seats when booking. Only offers middle seats to choose or pay extra. There is not more benefit with Amex no benefits at all.

Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa
In flight from Miami to Anchorage, we were all on board ready to take off. Pilot decided to take on more fuel causing a delay. Once fueled, the pilot came back over the radio stating more delay due to VIP. These delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I went to the Alaska Air counter for information. They flat out stated that it was ATCs fault that I missed my flight and booked me a flight the next day about 1300 . I believe if we had the fuel prior to getting on board we would not of been delayed and I would have taken off on time. Pilot was taken out of the equation. I think they should’ve taken responsibility for their pilots decision to top off his aircraft instead of waiting til the last moment. Enough said…
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.
Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
We departed and landed on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, the crew were lovely. Online checkin worked well and the self service bag drop at the airport worked well. The a/c was an Airbus A330 and has been fitted with a good entertainment system with lots of choice in many languages. The price I paid for the flight was competitive with other airlines apart from the budget carriers, none of whom I was familiar with so I stuck to an airline I have used in previous visits to South America.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

Flight was on time and the flight crew was exceptional.
Both directions of our trip were befuddled by massive delays, one of which led to our connecting flight being grounded mid air due to storms that we’d have missed if we were on time. The other our originating flight was delayed repeatedly until it arrived at our connecting airport later than our final leg was even supposed to have arrived. American cannot seem to manage rebooking s for a family party… both directions we had to come up with a plan to get to Boston stay overnight only one night each direction was covered by the airline -and take a bus to or from our destination. Missed an entire leg of our trip, hotel cancellation fees, expensive stay in Boston and bus ticket expenses are unlikely to be comped and the meal vouchers are worthless.
Horrible experience flying with American. Flight was delayed due to inbound flight delay. Fine, it happens. Then, we were delayed an additional almost 30 minutes due to the paperwork for departure having a "clerical error." Then, upon landing at the destination airport we were stuck on the plane for an HOUR after we landed and pulled up to the gate because apparently there was another plane. An hour waiting for the gate 12:30 AM when the flight has already been delayed due to operational error feels like a complete failure of the ability to do the one thing they need to do apart from actually have the plane takeoff and land. Very disappointing.
The ground closures and flight delays were unwelcome. I think the captain did what he could to manage expectations for the delays, but the stress level increasing in the cabin was palpable with every announcement. It may be obvious to those who fly frequently, but if the ground is closed for us to get to a gate, it's also closed for connecting flights to leave. Other passengers were so stressed they were rude. A bit further explanation could have helped.
Flight was delayed for 5 hours in ten minute increments. Bizarre and frustrating
Horrific. We were delayed due a flight attendant stuck in traffic en route to the airport. Over 100 people were then stuck in Charolette. Then I ran to make my layover only to find that my connection didn’t have a plane anymore. Waited 2.5 hours without any updates. On the flight we had to beg for even a pretzel option.
Booked flight at 8pm Sunday evening. Flight posted delay from 5:00 to 7:46AM Monday morning. At 12:26 AM (after I was asleep) pulled flight forward to 6:21AM. Had to scramble in morning to make the flight. Barely did
As I said I never took the flight back from due to earlier delayed that prevented from taking the second trip back and nobody helped me to rebook from kayak
Upgraded to first class. I would consider the first class on that plane to be only slightly more comfortable than coach. Long delay.
Free wifi was available, but only some time, being at least 30 minutes into the flight. it would have been better that an announcement had been made about the delay.
