Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

First it was almost landed to Bogota, we were on El Dorado airport and then back to the air and then going to Medellin airport for landed. So they keeped us inside the airplane (I do not how many time, but maybe 1 an half hour inside) and then back to Bogota for landed. So it was awful and worried time."

I always make every effort to get an aisle seat, and I don’t know how I ended up where I did. I asked to be switched,and the flight attendant found a middle seat further back in the plane, which I appreciated. Other people have told me of similar experiences where they did not get the seat they were expecting on Aeromexico. On my flight to Oaxaca, my seat cushions were coming apart and worn, but for the one-hour flight it wasn’t a big deal."

After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

My 7 year old didn't know what tray table in the upright position meant and the attendant was giving him a hard time instead of just helping him."

I wound up canceling the flight and flying another airline and out of another airport. I had to return my car at one airport (West Palm) and then get a ride to the other airport (Miami). I had a direct flight with Spirit and then had to get a connecting flight. It was a very stressful situation and I was not happy. Now I have to file a claim with flight insurance to get reimbursed for the extra tickets I had to purchase. All around - very stressful!!!!!!!!"

"Have I helped you with everything you need today, Caroline?" He asked SERIOUSLY DUDE? Well, well, well... two hours later guess whose flight was CANCELLED.. MINE! With no tickets available to Palm Beach until the next week (if only he had transferred me to the Thursday flight like I wanted, that a**hole!!), except on JetBlue for over $420 one way, I went with JetBlue- like I will always do from now on. Everyone is right and it's my fault for not listening- like my brother told me, Spirit is the FUNG WAH of airlines.. If you know what that is then you know what he's talking about. Never again will I purchase tickets with Spirit, never again. If Hell freezes over and one day the only option is Spirit, I'll wait or walk to my destination. Thanks!!"
