Pros: I arrived to my destination safely.
Cons: The flight was delayed 4 times. The crew had an attitude with everyone on the flight and didn’t even try to be nice. I understand that it is an affordable airline but I will just go back to paying more for quality (from the chairs to the flight attendant service). It was overall an uncomfortable trip.
Pros: The fact that the flight was $191.
Cons: There was no TVs, charging ports, WiFi. You have to pay for EVERYTHING from your carry on to the water you drink. Seats were uncomfortable. This was my first time flying spirit and would never fly spirit again. Both flights were delayed by maintenance. Staff wasn’t overly exciting for example on the way out the staff was thanked by one guy and he went for a high five and your staff was a stiff and didn’t even high five him back he just looked right passed they guy thanking him. What a loser!
Cons: The flight was over two hours delayed and every twenty minutes we found out it was delayed another 30 minutes. The crew was terrible. There was no beverage service, and when I asked for a blanket at the beginning of the flight the crew didn't give it to me for over 2 hours. The crew was also very rude in general. There was no entertainment of any kind. The pilots kept pushing back the time we were taking off every 15 minutes and kept changing the arrival time drastically. Overall, horrendous experience.
Cons: 1. Flight was delayed multiple times,. Was supposed to leave at 10:17AM and didn't leave until 2:30PM. 2. I was directed to different gates by Spirit employees who should have known (or should have known how to find out) where the new gate was. Very confusing. 3. Flight crew told us that our plane was continuing on to Denver (my final destination.) After the other passengers had exited, a flight attendant made an announcement that we had to vacate the plane due to the crew change. I exited the plane. While I was in the airport restroom, the gate attendant made a garbled announcement that my flight was shifting gates. When I got back to the gate, the attendant told me that we were on a new plane leaving from a different gate. I had to run from gate 34 to gate 18, and was the last one to board. It would have been better we were told to go to the new gate before we exited.
Cons: Baggage check was never on time and seats were dirty and don’t recline. It was the 15 minute long advertisement for a credit card coming through speakers so loud my ears were ringing that convinced me to never use Frontier again.
Cons: Notification on way to flight that it is delayed for 3days. Having to drive to another airport and receiving an email with a different time than we were told. Paying an outrageous price for one carry on bag. We did not get a deal at all. Person sitting next to us paid 50 we paid 200 for our flight. Since we had to change airports we missed an important event due to our return flight! Never again!
Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.
Cons: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.
