Great. Went right to the desk and the people were helpful and kind. I was able to get my boarding pass in under 5minutes. They made sure I received the text.

Food was terrible, noisy plane & would never pay to fly first class again. Seats in regular price are too small, no leg room & center aisle much too, too small. Seats in 1st class larger but not comfortable.

Overall, once we took off, our flight was good. Flight departure was significantly delayed due to mechanical issues. Upon arrival, it took wayyy too long to retrieve checked bags.

The seats are very small. I’m 5’ 3”, so don’t think I should notice. The food selection was non existent and very disappointing. 5 hour flight plus TSA, etc. I would have appreciated a small salad, crudités. Something fresher not just chips.

The flight was delayed, but once it arrived everything moved right along.

In evening be nice to have something sweet rather than dry pretzels

Late leaving so threatened our connection in Vegas to Seattle. We did make up time and made our connection.

Poor, no one with Alaska Airlines is in a hurry to do anything. Slow, lack of intent, inconsistent.

I behave had better flights this one was old and poor

They canceled my flight with only a couple hours before checking in at the airport and offered no alternatives to get home.
