This has been one the good experience I had in so many years of travel
I requested a special meal but was not given what I wanted. But overall decent food

Ground/baggage handling in ATL. Bags took 40-50 minutes to show up on carousel. The ground staff at ATL dropped the ball when everything else was going so smoothly
It has good sized toilets
Snacks and candy served we're of low quality. No prayer facilities inside the plane. They didn't allow me to pray though I got some empty spot to do so. They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety.
Excellent entertainment options, out stewardess was fantastic.

in flight experience is above average
The computer system really needs a lot of improvement. We were checking in with our infant daughter and it took 50 minutes to check in with a senior person helping the check in person and phone calls to their technical assistance. We were told an infant is difficult in their system, and our dual national daughter was another layer of complication.
I like flying Virgin whether Australia or Atlantic!
