The flight crew was nice. Plane departed/arrived on time.
I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"
The food service was good and the flight attendants were friendly.
The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been.

I was fine with a 5 hour delay I was fine with my bags not being on the same flight as me I am not fine with finally receiving my bags 24 hours later soaking wet. Everything it dripping. I still have nothing to change into now and there was no compensation offered whatsoever. Never flying with this airline again.

The airline crew/staff was FAR MORE SUPPORTIVE than I have experienced in more than a dozen top ranked airlines. In particular, there was a crew member named GONCALO RODRIGUES, who seemed to have led every other member to perform at their best, by his model of service toward the passengers (customers). Such a staff can/must be utilized for training purposes and be rewarded in order to follow the concept of continuous improvement and stay abreast with leading airlines...
There are a few points that need to bee taken into serious consideration - for instance - like as below: 1. More choice of meals on board... There was ONLY PORK containing meal served during the flight and nothing else was available, which came as one big surprise. 2. My Baggage did not get boarded... and had to waste a great deal of time... The misplaced baggage staff member at the Toronto airport need more training toward customers' satisfaction. 3. More choice for on-board entertainment
Worst international airline. Old aircrafts, no A/V equipment, really bad food and service.

I went to kayak.com to book a flight,kayak booked it threw flyus who booked thru sata aero..This was such a pain to deal with.My sata flight was delayed so much i Missed my connecting flight.Sata was closed so i had to get hotel room on my own accord.If I book thru kayak,kayak should be my contact,not the 3rd party.I wasted so much time and stresse. So much dealing with tracking down my info.For future travel I will consider other websites due to the complexity of your booking methods :/

Was unclear which zone was boarding. Legroom was comprised when passenger in immediate row ahead reclined seat early in flight.

Boarding was simple compared to the complexity of many airlines with all their zones - peasants in the back type of thing. Fare was about half that of other airlines. Delays on both planes, but weather may have been an issue.
My allocated seat was so cramped my knees were compressed against the seat back in front, however I sat. I am not unduly tall. They did actually move me and that was a bit better. Had to pay for water - that's wrong!

It would be so nice to have tea and/or coffee served before landing. oming in at 5am or 1am North America time is difficult and if you have to travel more that day a cup of coffee or tea sure would help. Serving tea and coffee at ten pm after serving dinner isnt good if you want to sleep..just keep it warm and serve it before we land.

If you overbuy luggage allowance, there is no way to undo it, even within 24 hours. I made a mistake, thinking I needed to purchase more luggage, recognized my mistake right away, and still ended up paying for luggage allowance I didn't need.

The staff were nice, I was sitting in a bulkhead seat so that was nice to have extra room.
There was no entertainment (broken) and the meal was not the greatest.

The seats were exceptionally narrow. Seats were firm and uncomfortable, my entire body was aching and it was impossible to sleep bc the cabin lights were on the entire flight . I’ve flown to Europe via British airways before and I can’t even compare the two. THe thought of having to fly back in the same aircraft is giving me cold sweats and i wish I didn’t have to

Flew Aer Lingus twice during our trip and not impressed. Disorganized, late, confusing check in to the point we almost couldn’t check in, and very rude staff from check in to air hostess. Ryan air was better
