Cons: "The food. No herbal or decaf tea. No decaf coffee. The regular coffee and regular tea was awful; I like strong coffee and tea but on the plane it was terrible. The was not a vegan option for dinner. I thought the pilot announced complimentary beverages; soft drinks, coffee, tea & alcohol. Perhaps I was mistaken or maybe he was. I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

Cons: "After we boarded and were already sitting in our sits the stewardess came and removed our bags from the overhead compartment for another person with a larger bag! We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."
Cons: "Boarding is a hassle no matter the airline with few exceptions. You would think someone could figure and efficient method to get people on the planes. I suppose it could be the public that is the problem. Not a problem with Delta they run a good airline."

Cons: "Delta's partnership with Go Jet seriously compromises the legacy carrier's reputation. I am a Delta fan - although flexible enough to use other choices when necessary. I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."

Cons: "The process of checking was very poor. One line was serving all of the Delta flights. Agents were very slow. Even when they started to serve my flight with priority still no impruvment. The agent who served me was so lost that he could not find the page with my picture and name in my passport!!!"

Pros: "It doesn't matter how good all of the above were when one of our bags did not make the connection in Atlanta and when it was delivered late at night to my home and it has been torn beyond repair"

Cons: "The factfact they had a problem shouldn't effect their customers. They postponed the flight 5 times by 6 hours to cancel it at the end, why not cancel immediately and save the trouble to all their passengers"

Cons: "Almost miss my flight due to Delta being short staffed at the ticket counter in the early am. Had a small issue to validate my passport in the automated cheek-in botths and waited over an hour to get them to personally validate. terrible experience. There were several of us with the same problem. I chose Delta given their prestige for great customer service, but they definitely need to do something about some of the folks at Logan's terminal."

Cons: "Old plane Zero entertainment First class seats worn thin and uncomfortable. I've been flying AA quite a bit lately and thought I'd give Delta another try. Too bad, it's clearly not up to today's standards"

Cons: "I left my wallet on this flight. It was extremely frustrating that I was unable to speak to a live person to find out if the wallet had been recovered. I filled out the form online and now have to wait 2 to 3 weeks!"

Pros: "Boarding was efficient and easy. For the first time on any airline, the crew was over-the-top friendly and my special meal request was excellent."

Pros: "It's what I didn't like....as a Sky Miles member I should get a free bag. Small aircraft for a FL trip."

Cons: "4hrs late, 20 on standby, missed connection, had to travel a day later and spent 14hrs in the airport."

Cons: "I'm just glad that we got to the airport 2 1/2 hours early because we needed it. We had to check a dog so we had to go through the special needs line, they had 2 out of 20 of ticket lines open. My wife also needs a wheelchair and after 45 minutes of standing in line, I spoke to one of the idiots that are supposed to be there to help and he went and got a wheelchair which I had to push my wife in the wheelchair through the zig zag line with 2 large suit cases and a dog. It took us an hour and a half to get tickets and then they called for someone to push the wheelchair and we where told to wait for them there. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come but no one came so I started pushing her towards the Sercurity check line and finally someone came to push her and he stayed on his phone the entire time. When my wife got to the point where she needed to walk through the metal detector she was having a little trouble getting out of the chair so they told her to just stay in the chair and they would push her through in the wheelchair. When she got through, they almost strip searched her and patted her down like she was a criminal. That took another 25 minutes!!! They the guy pushed her to our gate and insisted on taking the chair back with him, so 5 minutes later they asked if it was anyone who needed assistance getting on the plane. I went up and told them that my wife needed a chair to get on the plane so they had to call and get another chair which took another 10 minutes and finally we got on the plane. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a ticket and go through Sercurity!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!"

Cons: "Free streaming movies on WiFi did not work (the system was broken on this aircraft according to the customer support). We had 3 people flying together but did not get the seats assigned in one place. Yes, we did not pay extra for confirmed seats but since we were buying 3 tickets I think 3 seats close to each other (if not in one row) should be expected."

Pros: "The staff was pleasant and very caring. I traveled with my sister who was in a wheel chair due to he ability to walk long distance and they were just outstanding. And I want to Praise Delta for their understanding and most caring and assistance in assisting me on changing of my return flight due to my husband had a stroke on Thanksgiving Day. I was able to leave out on Friday (11-27-2014) with no problem."

And although it may have been a last-minute issue, learning that there was no WiFi as we ascended 10,000’ into the air was quite disappointing. No techie around to troubleshoot that while we were boarding? Otherwise, the flight was uneventful and the crew was pleasant enough."

Cons: "Our plane departed on time, 6:05 AM. About 6:40 A E turned back towards Boston. There was a problem with the wing. It got repaired. We deplaned. And waited. And waited. Then we needed fuel to be removed. And we waited. And waited. Then we got back on board, got to the runway, and the RIGHT ENGINE didn't start. So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."

Cons: "Our flight home we couldn't land in Chicago due to storms and diverted to Madison. Sat on Tarmac 2 hours and some passengers from Madison allowed to end journey there. We had to wait for that approval and again had to wait for their luggage to be removed from the plane. My opinion is let them disembark but not the luggage. It was too long to be in that plane"

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to air traffic control issues so I only had 40 min layover to get to my next gate. Also when we arrived we were on the ground for a long time before we could pull up to gate to unload. I have a 3 yr old & 5 yr old & had to run to make it. We made it but luggage didn't. My first luggage was delivered quickly, the 2nd luggage arrived 3 days after we arrived home."

Cons: "Hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight. Customer service agent, Theresa, at the United gate was more interested in checking her cell phone text messages & handing out $10 food vouchers than the long of people who have conflicts with connecting flights or missing events in the destination they were flying to. Every minute lost could prevent customers from obtaining another immediate or comparable flight to their destination. Customer service agent sent those who were going to have problems with their connecting flights to the United Airlines service desk, of which, there were no customer service agents at any of the four available stations. I waited 10 minutes for an agent & no one arrived. When I went back to the original line I was standing in, I was forced to go to the back of the line rather than the place I was originally standing. Therefore I waited in line an additional 20-30 minutes. Once I was served they did not have any more seats available on direct flights to Melbourne. They wanted me to fly to NY, then Sydney & then Melbourne. Additionally the customer service agent did not seem confident this flight was not going to have any hiccups. Worst of all, I had been planning this trip for months & it was ruined by United Airlines."

Cons: "Boarding was a mess with an adjacent gate exiting at the time of boarding creating a melee of people crossing queues. You have a carry-on baggage policy - stick to it. I wasn't carrying any roll-ons or large items but many of my fellow passengers were carrying multiple items in the hope of either getting them on or having them checked for free. Complete shambles with later boarders running up and down the aisle trying to fit their carry-ons into overhead lockers. Solution: Enforce one item only; Apply free checked items at the gate early. Apply a fee for items that don't fit and were not offered up for checking."

Even the crew members on board were so pleasant you could tell they truly enjoy their job and want to make for an enjoyable flight. Thank you United!! Will be flying with you again!!"

Cons: "It was alarming how little leg room there was. I'm 5'5" and average weight and my legs were pressed against the seat in front of me. Also there were no free snacks for a 5.5 hour flight, which is kind of tacky."

Pros: "Old plane, no plugs, no in flight movie, didn't even offer complimentary snacks. Had to pay $10 for a snack box on a 6 hr flight. Completety unacceptable that on such a long trip, they offered no complimentary food, no movie, and although they offered "entertainment" on personal devices, you needed to download the united app to watch on your personal device. But wait, NO PLUGS??. So basically your phone / ipad battery will die 1/2 way through the flight and then you will have no way to use your phone after you arrive at your destination. Way to go united. Your corp execs should be ashamed for making you the worst airline with the highest prices."

Cons: "United has stripped away every element of customer service. We had to tag our own checked luggage. They were unable to even try to seat me together with my toddler child who was seated alone. (Age 3). We scanned our own boarding passes to board. As I boarded with bags and 2 children, 4 flight attendants stood watching and said "make sure you don't hit anyone with your purse as you walk down the aisle". No one offered the slightest help. The flight attendant would not take my trash because she said a diaper had to be disposed of in the restroom. (We were not allowed to stand bc of turbulence.) When I played white noise to soothe my crying lap child, the flight attendant told me I would have to use headphones (which is impossible on an infant.) I won't fly United again."
