Wonderful as usual except for other guests that were unruly and not kept in check by the Crew.
Everything was fine. Flight boarded and departed on time. Seating was spacious enough for my carryon to fit under the seat in front of me. No complaints at all. Flight even arrived early.
This was an overnight flight. There was no meal service in first class, just a simple snack basket was offered along with beverages. There should have been some type of continental breakfast prior to arrival in PHL. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines Advantage member, I received no name recognition from the first class flight attendant. When disembarking at PHL, the flight attendants were more interested in their cell phones than saying "thank you" to the passengers as they disembarked.
the pilot that landed this flight in Philadelphia did an amazing job, the weather was absolutely terrible and we landed safely.
The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.
Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
The flight got canceled last minute with no explanation or refund, I had to rebook for a different day
from Boston to Washington was good but return to Boston was terrible, Gate was changed and plane was so uncomfortable, I thought it would crash 🙈🤦♀️ also when I showed my bording pass they didn't know where to send me and finally gave me direction and at the plane they said to find free seat somewhere😬🤦♀️🫣
