Pros: The crew was very helpful.
Cons: It would be better if the checked-in luggage is included everytime we book our flight via air canada so it will be hustle free for all the passengers.

Cons: Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa.

Cons: Passenger in next seat was so big that his fst hung over the armrest and he took up 3 to 4 inches of my space. Lufthansa should not let passengers this big fly in economy class. I appreciate my space in economy will be limited but I should be able to use all of my allotted space.

Pros: It was a 13-1/2 hour flight from Dubai to Washington DC, operated by Emirates. As always, Emirates amenities were great. Fine food, great entertainment.
Cons: I paid extra for a front-row, extra-legroom seat, so I shouldn't complain, but...for the extra money paid, I wish I could have put my carry-on bag somewhere close by. But the overhead bins stopped well short of the front row seats. And there was no place to put stuff, like reading glasses, iPad, etc
Pros: The crew was super attentive but also knew when to leave people alone and rest with the lights out. The entertainment selection and food were above average.
Cons: The seat I was in (37 H) was awful, if felt much more cramped than the flight to Macedonia. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can. The boarding process in Vienna was a joke; the economy seats were all boarded at once; in effect a mass of humanity all rushing toward the gate.
