Cons: "Strange that flight attendants can’t take pictures like stated above. And the video games are horribly outdated!"
Cons: "flight from bos to new york was canceled. i did not receive any updates via email or phone. i got an email at 12am saying this flight has been canceled. i was not notified on what my flight has been updated to. i had to call and go to the airport 4 hours earlier."

Cons: "I missed my connection because of fog. (Obviously a problem they could not fix, so I’m not upset about that.) I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."
Cons: "Too much plastics - need to be more sustainable."
Pros: "Disclaimer: we flew business class. Regardless, our check-in was seamless, Incheon is a beautiful and easy airport, all the flight crew were responsive and pleasant. We flew China Eastern and dealt with Shanghai airport on our flight out and I would avoid doing that again at great cost!"
Pros: "The crew are very good."
Cons: "Entertainment musically restricted."
Pros: "Staff are friendly and accommodating. Service is prompt. Entertainment is somewhat limited compared to other airlines, such as Delta, but they have a good variety."

Pros: "Cool; collected; patient; helpful; calm; respectful; overall, people doing their best for their customers."
Pros: "The crew was so helpful and accommodating with my meal and all aspects of the flight! They were just so nice and I usually done get that with other airlines that I've flown. They were so accommodating it was my first time flying Korean air and I would definatly fly it again! You have plenty of leg room and it was just a pleasant flight!"
Cons: "I wish they had a few more updated movies and kids movies other than that no complaints"

Pros: "I fly a lot of Asian airlines. This was my first time with KE. Overall, I'd say the food was OK, and I'm not particularly choosy. But the flight from Seoul to JFK was just beef and seafood and a Korean Rice Bowl. Pretty limited. If you're a veggie, I'd suggest putting in for a veggie meal."
Pros: "seat spacing good in economy personal entertainment system crew very helpful and courteous good overhead storage"
