Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "The ability to get to Montana in 3 1/2 hours. The only reason I fly squashed in a tin can."
Cons: "Being squashed in a tin can and not being able to recline. I never feel my comfort is any kind of a goal by an airline. Only one goal for the airline. Profit. Can't even say safety is a high priority because how the heck can you get out of a plane when there's no space to walk. Passengers need more space not less. But can't do that it'd lower your profit."

Pros: "On time. Very professional staff. Pretty good food."
Pros: "Rescheduled flight was on time"
Cons: "My original return flight was rescheduled due to air traffic control and the return city was changed. This was fine but the email sent to me never told me to re check in. When I arrived at the airport one hour before the flight, my seat had been given away because I wasn't yet checked in... therefore, I had to be rebooked the following day without any compensation for hotel... not the best way to handle this situation."

Cons: "Entertainment? I was happy to listen to podcasts on my phone and read. I was not particularly interested in paying $10 so I could watch tv or movies. Not a complaint, but also don't ask about my rating for entertainment when you don't really provide it."
Pros: "Timing was perfect! Wheelchair help was prompt!"
Pros: "Aircraft was very clean!"
Pros: "Leaving on time, arriving on time."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats, too small, even for a small person like me. Person next to you takes up 1/4 of your seat."
Pros: "Ample legroom, comfortable seats, flight that reaches the destination early... wonderful for the price range. The team was also flexible to flyers changing seats because the plane was not full! Was very surprised by this level of flexibility and comfort from such an affordable airline!"

Pros: "Nonstop"
Cons: "Don't like pretzels...liked cookies...."
Pros: "Loved the spacing on the flight, flight attendants were nice and friendly, the captain talked frequently making us aware of areas we were flying over. Wi-Fi was available. The airport was very nice and pretty"
Cons: "We had to walk outside to the plain and it was raining I imagine it would not have been too bad had it not been for the rain."
Pros: "The crew served beverages as they would on any other flight, and they left the lights off which was nice and relaxing, considering it was a night-time flight."
Cons: "Although it was a short flight in general, I wish the chairs had the ability to recline even just a little. Also, the seatbelt light was on for the entire 2 1/2 hours(I didn't feel any turbulence) and for those like me whose bladders are the size of a pea, that didn't make me the most comfortable. Finally, although we left early, we arrived 20 minutes late, and that was a little irksome, although I know that's out of the pilot's control."
Pros: "The lady seated to me was very nice. Smooth flight and on time. Pilot had a sense of humor."
Pros: "This was my 1st flying w/Alaska and the experience was wonderful. Boarding was fast and efficient, the flight attendants were courteous, and we arrived ahead of schedule. I'll fly sith Alaska whenever possible."
Cons: "Should not have to pay for movies other air line movies are free"
Pros: "I was trapped by security and almost missed my flight, however they were very accommodating and let me on. Super Thankful!!!"
Pros: "Everything!"
Pros: "I liked the service from the attendants and thar the flight ran on schedule"
Cons: "I didn't like the old style airplane where the windows curve into the ceiling so much that the window seat ends up being VASTLY smaller than they aisle seat. I did not like the free checking of all carry on bags. Knowing my bag was barely on the larger side for a carry-on bag, I played it safe and checked.mine in.....costing me $25!!!! Then Alaska Airline employees put he tags on everyone's suitcase like carryon to be put under the plane FREE OF CHARGE and they were delivered to them at the door of the airplane when departing! If I'd not been a conscientious rule follower, I could have saved myself 25 bucks and gotten better luggage service. It was also extremely frustrating that even if checked in online the day before, Alaska Airlines system promptly told me that after I completed the online check in process I would be able to choose my seat assignment. NOPE!!!!! THEY WOULDN'T LET ME GET S SEAT ASSIGNMENT UNTIL I GOT TO THE DEPARTURE GATES AND HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR BEFORE ATTENDANTS EVEN SHOWED UP AT THE GATE DESK!!"
Pros: "Everyone from check in to on board were always pleasant, friendly and very professional."
Cons: "About half of our group did not receive reminders to check in online."
Cons: "Can't check in oversized bags at Skycap, yet no signage that says such limitations. Was told that I would need to do so inside once I'd already waited in queue for 25+ minutes. Ended up being incredibly late for boarding, esp. as I had a toddler accompanying me."
Pros: "Pilot told us it would be 10 mins really took an hour to taxi and park plane."
Cons: "Pilot lying"
Pros: "It was great, professional, short."
Pros: "It was on time,"
Cons: "On going efforts by all the airlines to squeeze as many people as possible in as tight and uncomfortable seating as they can get away with."
Pros: "Free wine"
Pros: "Staff was wonderful, flew coach so slightly cramped but it was as expected excellent service fit great value."
Pros: "Same as above. It was the same airplane with the same crew."
