Pros: "Got to sit next to the pilot!"
Cons: "Nothing, it was an absolutely breath taking flight!!"
Cons: "Connection booked too close. Missed flight, new flight delayed. Kayak booking does not leave enough time to transfer."

Pros: "Good people quick flight"
Cons: "I'm a big guy and it's a really small plane."
Pros: "Flight on time. Nice smooth ride. Very friendly pilot."
Pros: "Crew was pilot and helpful in explaining the situation to me."
Cons: "Got bumped from a flight to make way for a pilot in training. The fact that this happened on christmas eve made it even worse. Had to wait until boarding to find out that was being bumped and was told I shouldn't have been allowed to check in."
Pros: "Friendly service, helpful, comfortable flight for a small plane. Good pilot, very professional."
Cons: "My only complaint is when we landed in WestChester we deplaned and had to stand in the -5F wind-chill for a good 10-15 minutes while they unloaded our bags. I don't know why they couldn't have taken us inside to wait."
Pros: "small plane soft landing"
Cons: "pilote acts like army general single pilote only air vent poor in plane"
Pros: "The View was spectacular. The plane was a little bit too smelly."
Cons: "The View was beautiful"
Cons: "We were left waiting after the flight we were booked on took off full. Had to wait another 45min to have a private flight with no copilot."
Pros: "The ease of changing flights."
Cons: "Of the three women at the gate one was rude to everyone. The two others seemed ditzy and clueless. The announcements they made were incomprehensible to many in the passenger audience. There was substantial eye-rolling."
Pros: "You see there was a terrible storm that closed the EIS Beef Island Airport. But because I booked through ya'll I was totally screwed. The individual Airlines are not permitted to rebook my ticket because you are a third party carrier. and You would not rebook because the airline could not change the flight status on the first plane from Mayaguez to San Juan - that flight was not cancelled due to the closure but because I would be stuck in San Juan for possibly 2 days with no money and no where to sleep, well you get the point. So InterCaribbean and Cape Air came to the rescue and after a 4-5 hour ordeal and having to travel to Mayaguez airport I am now rebooked."
Cons: "Y'all and will never ever ever book through a third party again."
Pros: "My first time on a such small plane and the ride and the landing were very smooth with great views!!"
Pros: "Shirt flight no food, but bumpy. I almost threw up on a 25 minute flight"
Pros: "Still Stuck in Nantucket. Cape Air cancelled my flight and then didn't put me in another. I'm still stuck in Nantucket."
Pros: "I sat in the copilot seat since plane was so small."
Cons: "Delayed so I missed my connection in Boston. I ran to catch it but the door was closed and they wouldn't let me on, even though plan was still sitting at the gate. I had 8 min to spare."
Pros: "Ride was smooth."
Cons: "No information nor staff at counter, so one was uncertain when flight would depart."
Pros: "Flying over the traffic heading to Hyannis where you take the ferry to Hyannis. Experienced pilot who told us the stewardess would be passing out food after we were airborne. Good sense of humor in a 9 passenger plane."
Pros: "I love the small planes and the overall friendliness of the pilot and the other employees - reservationists, ground crew, and others in the terminal. Once I landed in Nantucket, I had a 1 1/2 hour layover to Hyannis. When I went to check in with the reservationist, she asked if I wanted to get to Hyannis faster or if I had business on the island. I said I would like to get to Hyannis as quickly as I could, so she put me on the next flight which left within 15 minutes. After a long flight from LA to Boston, then to Nantucket, and then to Hyannis, it was nice to get home earlier than expected. I live on the Cape, and I love that I can fly into Hyannis. Then I only have a 25 minute ride home."
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "Flights across the east coast were delayed, luckily ours was only 15min late to take off."
Cons: "Landing crew in Boston was rude, bossy, and repetitively sciolding, just because I touched the door of the plane. No instructions nor to or warnings were posted, but he kept harassing me and the other passengers.about "our safety"."
Pros: "It is always a pleasure to fly with Cape Air. The staff especially in Owls Head are phenomenally nice and helpful."
Pros: "It was a brief, smooth, enjoyable flight."
Cons: "My checked suitcase weighing <30lbs. was not put on the plane because of a weight constraint (combined weight of passengers and their luggage). I collected my suitcase from the airport the next day. Of course, airplane safety is a must, but I saw others dealing with their luggage also having been "bumped". Traveling this way is unreliable and, for me, less than satisfactory."
Pros: "The pilots were really friendly, the plane was comfortable, and the trip was short. Nice take off and landing. Very smooth."
Cons: "The lady behind me kept showing my seat around and pulling on my hair. Apparently she didn't have enough room or something because it lasted the whole 45 minutes. We hit some turbulence which was pretty rough but not terrible. would have been nice to have arm rests. Also boarding and take off was late and which made me late to my appointments."
Pros: "Great pilots Flies where other airlines don't Quick check in"
Cons: "Booked a 8:30 AM flight VQS->SJU. At 10AM the night before received an email stating the flight "may have been cancelled." Called cape air, they confirmed cancellation but couldn't rebook me on another flight; went on their website and paid for another flight (10:04). The next morning for way of explanation told that "the plane broke." Got to the airport, initially the replacement flight was delayed till 10:30, then at 11:00 we were told that flight was also cancelled. Since we did not have a connecting flight we were placed at the end of the line. They did get us out later in the day, although i suppose because we were just squeezed in I was sitting in the back where I had to sit cross-legged as i only had about 4 inches of legroom. So 2 cancellations and poor communications on a round trip ticket = mediocre review. If I don't get my money back on the first flight I'll revise this to 1/5."
Pros: "They plain didn't crash although it sounded like that was likely when we were taking off."
Cons: "The lack of ear protection to cancel out some of the loudness of the small aircraft would have been REALLY nice."
Pros: "Everything! Staff, captain, plane, efficiency, intimacy of the small plane. I don't love flying - it's a means to an end. But, this flight was fun. No food, but it was a 30 minute flight, so no refreshment needed."
Pros: "I loved the whole experience."
Cons: "taking off almost an hour late for a 20-minute flight. poor planning re weight restrictions so that luggage for several passengers had to be put on a future flight. no information given re delay."
Pros: "But it came on the next flight to Rutland and was delivered to my house that evening."
Pros: "Everything"
Pros: "Good, efficient flight to Bar Harbor from Boston!"
Pros: "Great pilot!"
Pros: "There was no food or entertainment so you should include a column in the survey that reads: N/A Otherwise excellent pilot!"
Pros: "Great. But you have to not be scared of small planes. The plane only seats 8 people. You can high five the pilot."
Cons: "Very small. I'm 6'4" very tight fit"
Cons: "AIRPORT SHUT DOWN TO EARLY AND NO AVAILABLE CAR RENTAL WITH DEBIT CARD. I BECAME STUCK WITH USING TAXI CAB."
Pros: "Pilots, checking in and boarding process."
Cons: "Nothing"
