Cons: "I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued."

Cons: "I haven’t received my bag yet. It’s been 4 days"
Pros: "The crew was Amazing and The seats where comfortable."

Pros: "Good flight"
Cons: "Crew was not very friendly. Had argument with a old man in the next row over serving glass of water"
Pros: "Staff helpful and courteous under difficult conditions."
Cons: "People were allowed wheel chairs without a doctor'snote. 59 wheel chairs passengers is ridiculous. Make it a requirement wheel chair assistance required a doctor's note. And check hand luggage weight. Many bags excceeded the limit."
Pros: "The pre-boarding, courtesy extended, everything was good. No complaints."
Cons: "The long hop because of my age"
Pros: "Professionalism of flight crew. Movie & entertainment selection. Overall cleanliness of aircraft."
Cons: "Ground crew was not well organized. Lacked attention and professionalism. Bad way to start a flight."
Pros: "Really exceptional service! Very impressed!"
Cons: "Request to allot passage seat on 30th Nov"
Pros: "I recently booked a flight on Qatar first, to Ko Samui, Thailand. When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?"
Pros: "The service provided by the crew is top notch. No one goes hungry on Emirates."
Cons: "The seat pitch is getting tight."
Pros: "I enjoyed everything about Emirates. No complaints. Nice plane and stewardess."
Cons: "That no accommodations were made nor provided"
Pros: "The staff near Baggage check-in area are always rude with the customers, it also happened to us in the past."
Cons: "Very very poor customer service"
Cons: "One of the flight attendants was extremely rude. She passed over me several times like I wasn't sitting in the most uncomfortable seat. In the middle. She didn't want to give me water, I had to ask if I could have some water. TSA held me up, I almost missed my flight had to be rushed on and no place to put my things so I had to sit squashed in the middle seat with all my bags for a 12 hour flight. I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!"
Cons: "Did not get wheelchair assistance for my dad as requested."
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Boarding is complicated . They didn't allow cabin baggage and laptop bag together. Only 1 is allowed"
Pros: "Everyone was very friendly. And, the amenities offered are superb."
Pros: "Same as above. If I make this trip again I would only fly Emirates. Have told everyone how wonderful my flights were."
Cons: "Same as above."

Cons: "The passenger next to me had a bad cough during the whole flight. Wish I could have moved."
Pros: "All flight attendants dressed and acted in a VERY professional manner. Always polite and helpful. Lots of smiles. Loved the eye mask, ear plugs, socks and toothbrush. Food was much better than most flights on other airlines."
Cons: "On such a long flight I wish my seat would have gone back just a little more. Might have been easier to sleep. Would have liked to have a newer selection of movies."
Pros: "Value for money. Courteous, efficient, and pragmatic. Recycled blankets and headphones."
Cons: "Bathroom door broken I was locked inside for several minutes"
Pros: "Crew were very nice"
Cons: "Seat cushions are horrible There is no padding. 'All the chairs dirty too. Decor was very old"
Pros: "Crew went out of their way to be friendly"
Pros: "The amenities in Business Class were excellent - the seat was luxurious and you could actually catch some sleep. The food was gourmet and the staff was very attentive. They made a small mistake and forgot to serve me dessert but the mistake was remedied immediately when I informed them of the slip up."
Cons: "I paid a LOT of money for a Business Class seat and yet I was never notified that my flight was going to be delayed in departing by 12+ hours until after I arrived at the airport. According the the flight crew, they were notified at 9am that morning and the airline had my phone number and email, yet I arrived at the airport at 8pm because I was never notified! I spent $50 to take a taxi to the airport and now I had a 10am departure the following morning! I was given no compensation for this massive issue. Just "sorry, come back tomorrow!" I was very upset! My choices were either take ANOTHER $50 taxi home that night and then another $50 taxi back in the morning or get a $150 hotel room at the airport. So glad I paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for my Business Class seat (a big spend for me as I've never flown Business Class before but felt like a special treat for a special occasion). WTF, Emirates!"
Pros: "The selection of tv shows and movies was excellent. Very diverse. The crew were also very responsive to anything we asked (water, questions, etc...) They gave me good advice regarding my connecting flight."
Cons: "The plane was an older model, so the touch screen was a bit unresponsive. Our tvs were shut off for the first two hours because of a glitch."
Pros: "not so many people in my flight, the crew were so nice and very helpful."
Cons: "first meal was bad,I requested low fat meal and they gave me the beef something which was meh!"
Pros: "Nothing much to complain about"
Cons: "Shuttters always closed"
Pros: "Even a coach seat on emirates seems luxurious in comparison to most airlines. Inflight entertainment works and very well setup. Universal power plug plus usa style plugs USB plug."
Cons: "Meal was good for this 40 minute flight but could be a little better. Drink service was simply coffee and water."
Pros: "Lovely online and phone customer service reps. Comfy flight with good entertainment (tv)."
Cons: "My baggage (x3) was delayed 3 days, which was frustrating to say the least. I received no apology email or flight discount/refund/coupon, etc."
Pros: "Free movies!!! Blanket and pillow provided. Also the crew was very attentive."
Cons: "Switching of terminals to Fly Dubai"
Pros: "Lots of food. Ok about giving out water between meal service"
Cons: "Aisles were very tight so hard to pass people when leaving/queuing for toilets."
Cons: "Had a tough time to get a replacement ticket."
Cons: "Despite ordering a vegetarian Oriental meal, I was given a meat dish in my meal!"
Pros: "Lots of food"
Pros: "There were a lot of different movies to watch. Also, the food was real good."
Pros: "This is my third time flying with Emirates and I can not say enough positive things. I only wish my husband was able to fly with them."
Cons: "No organization, had trouble in check in. On Boston airport we had to do passport check there was a long queue. Nobody was answering any questions. I think direct flights from Emirates are outstanding but the code share with Jet Blue did not work for me. For food there was Hindu meal option which did not specify veg or non veg we were served lamb but FYI Hindu meal means no beef and could be veg or non veg which does not make sense. Emirates should clarify that. So we ate nothing on our flight to Dubai."
Pros: "My flight was very comfortable, and the staff was very attentive."
Cons: "I was not able to choose my seat for this flight"
Pros: "The baggage allowance, excess baggage rules are some of the most generous rules. The service of the people on board is great I general and the aircrafts are impeccable."
Cons: "The first leg of Hyderabad to Dubai was about 3.5 hours. The airhostesses must have been tired from another long haul prior to the HYD-DBX leg. A couple of them were a little less than charming to some of the passengers. Many of the people from Indian subcontinent don't use the magic words - thank you and please. So, it could come out likes bit rude but a curt answer in stead of yelling would have sufficed. My flight was from EWR to HYD with stopovers at BOS and DBX. A long wait at Dubai can be understood and expected. But a 7 hour layover at Boston was a killer. If Emirates tied up with any other carrier other than jet blue, this could have been avoided. Even otherwise, after a 20+ hour journey, another 7+ hour waiting was a killer. Please change it to make the journey shorter"
Pros: "Entertainment and food"
Pros: "Great food. Decent comfort but only because the plane was pretty empty. Crew was great but they kept disappearing. People need to sleep, sure, but I felt a little abandoned at times. Good selection for movies and tv."
Cons: "Boston Logan airport was a mess. There were at least 15 people working at the gate, fooling around. Meanwhile we were all sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting to board. It was a bit rude."
Pros: "Very attentive, patient, helpful and friendly on-board crew Food was good In-flight entertainment options"
Cons: "understaffed counter at the gate. People waited in line for as long as 45 minutes for passport check Audio quality of airline provided headsets was poor. Some would not work. Others did not play audio on both left and right sides"
Pros: "Food was delicious. Lots of free movies. There was even a ton of entertainment options I didn't try, so I am sure there is something for everyone."
Cons: "The headphones jack required the two prong kind, which I did not have. But they provide headphones free, so it wasn't that big of a deal."
Pros: "Probably the most serene and comfortable public transportation experience I've ever had. And have had a lot of really miserable experiences traveling so this really stood out. The variety of entertainment options, the free alcohol, pleasant staff, clean bathroom, plus no one was sitting next to me which was really awesome, although I suppose not really Emirate's doing. A+++++ will most definitely take Emirates again"
