Cons: "got crushed here at airport. There was a lot of people here at 5am. No one was at the ticket counter and all check-ins were automated. So no staff available at ticket counter. The auto system didn’t recognize my passport with the ticket. Then I had to go to duty manager who was not helpful."

Cons: "Boarding organization was horrible. Staff was rude. Food was horrible. Luggage was left behind and had to wait three days wearing the same clothes we flew in. Ridiculous. No compensation or apology for lost baggage. I will never fly air china and will do everything it takes to make sure anyone i know does not fly air china. When reclaiming luggage we were put on hold for 45 minutes all three times then also gave a call back option but they never called."

Cons: "First , all 4 luggages were disappeared in the airport. When we got it is 7 hrs later . Second, 3 out of 4 luggages were broke. Try to call airline, no one answer and help ... very disappointed .. never has those problems with other airlines. Third, delay the airlines without airline people help.. delay almost 10 hrs to flight back to HK .. never buy this airline ticket.. very bad service.."

Pros: "The flight was crazy cheap. The boarding was fast a simple enough, and the food was pretty good for airplane food. Overall I would probably pay this price to fly this airline again, but if I had to pay even 30 or 40 dollars more I would not."
Cons: "The Crew was crazy bad. They had plenty good enough English they just didn't give a rip if we needed something. My son spilled his yogurt on his lap so I asked for paper to get it cleaned up. The lady just huffed and walked away, I thought to get napkins, but nope, she never came back. This was one of several things that were just lazy or rude on the flight. Also, While I get that this is Air China, so most of the entertainment would be Chinese, the last time I flew Korean Air, and China Southern on international flights they had a pretty good international entertainment selection. Not so on Air China! there were about 4 English choices, and nothing else. Again, I would fly this again at this price (600 for round trip from CGO to DEN) but for even 30-40 dollars more, I would find something else."

Worst: had to try 4 times to call them till someone picked up, 3 times I gave up after 30 minutes (roaming). Very unfriendly handling of case."

Cons: "The airport in Beizing is not good for smorker. No place for smoking area. It's my second time flighting at Beizing and I should have to have 1 hr delay from the departure as always."

Pros: "The crew was fantastic. They were courteous and bilingual. They served two dinners and offered complimentary beverages, even beer and wine at no extra cost. There was also a complimentary blanket, pillow and headsets in every seat. Also great movie selections."

Pros: "I was worried after reading some of the reviews. However, I was extremely happy with my experience. Clean and comfortable. Everything was on time and no delays. Cabin crew was attentive and very helpful. A great all-round flight and trip."
