Cons: "Ticketing was "supposed" to open 2 hours before the flight, but opened a half hour late. THEEEEEN the luggage was lost in Seattle for over an hour, sooooo THE FLIGHT was great. Getting TO the gate, & TEY7NG to get home WITH my luggage.......... NOT SO MUCH!"

My family who was at the airport said that flight was delayed by 45 minutes anyway..next day got there at 5am we board the plane and it was still late we were supposed to leave at 7am didn't leave till 7:35am...i am for sure never flying with Alaska airlines anymore..."

Then burn up a little time, go through security only to find that it was 50 minutes late. None of the signage was updated at the terminal to say how late, it still said on time until I got on the plane. My flight was stressful due to being sat next to someone with no sense of personal space and in the two other seats next to me was a fussy baby with his father. Got to Portland, and had to run to the other half if the airport. I decided to postpone my flight until later due to that stress."

Cons: "They kept canceling flights even though other flights were going out of Seattle and landing in Bozeman. But the gate agents were promising that the next flight wasn't gong to be cancelled and that I was going to have a seat, so I didn't book another flight from Seattle to Bozeman on a different carrier. So I spend 3 full days waiting at the boarding gate with the gate agent saying boarding would begin in 30 minutes the whole time. Finally they just sent me back home to Oakland. I missed my last chance to see my grandfather alive. He just passed away. To add insult to injury, they they wouldn't refund the ticket because I "used" the ticket for a lovely vacation to the Seattle airport for 3 days."

Cons: "I was switch to an other air line .then it took them so long .that the plane left 've for they could find me on the list,so I was not able to leave. So then then booked me in the Alaska air line for the next day and gave e me a best western hotel to stay at, but I waited an hour and twenty minutes and know one came to take me to the motel. So I finally was shelled back to the gate , cause I was not able to stay there any longer cause I wouldn't ha e have had much time to be in the m politely be for having to Came back to the airport port. . Should have been in Las Vegas Wednesday night did get there till the next day . I spent a very UN comfortable night at the airport."

None of the flight info was updated on the monitors and we had no idea about: 1. which gate the flight was supposed to depart from 2. the correct time of the new departure since the flight was late 3. whether the flight was canceled all together The monitors showed the flight was on time until the actual time of departure. I almost missed my flight because I was never notified about the information above. The Aeromexico agents at the airport were not helpful at all: they did not know anything about the issue with the flight. I had to stay in a long line just to have them look up the flight in the computer and tell me that the flight was delayed. No other information was given to me. Terrible experience, especially after a long stopover."

I explain I booked the dog already and give all my required documents. Once in Mexico the documents were given to the authorities and when the crew in Detroit made copies they kept the originals and gave me the copies and they made me pay 1800 pesos for a vet to come and sign the paper.. I spoke to aeromexico in Mexico City and they said they are sorry but nothing can be done... This cause me my traveling money and 3 hours of very stressful times for me and my dog who had to stay in the box the whole time. Robin Martin"

AeroMexico supervisor in Mexico City was not going to accomodate us at all. We had 12hrs until the next flight out. We asked the supervisor to check in our luggage-this was denied. We asked the supervisor to allow us to visit the VIP lounge to rest and this was denied. Supv did not assist us in locating a hotel. We spend 12hrs in Mexico City airport, dragging our luggage around until we were allowed to check it in, in the middle of the night. We have flown AeroMexico numerous times before. In June 2016 we purchased "6" tickets for Cancun with AeroMexico. In 2017, we will NOT be flying AeroMexico. We will book on a different airline."

A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion."

Cons: "The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved."

Cons: "Couldn't check in on line. Flight was delayed. Boarding was hectic and disorganized. Everybody ran for the gate. Crew was prompt and not friendly. Upon arriving they announced that they did not have the Hawai'i agricultural forms, so we would have to wait until the "agent" cam on the plane with the forms, fill out the forms, and then disembark. The crew was not organized, so it took about 10-15 minutes to get off after we arrived in the gate (late) because they could not get people sit down and fill out the forms. Chaotic. I plan NOT to fly American again. Ever."

Pros: "I liked that the plane was clean, that the staff consisted of somewhat normal, more mature people, and that water and carry-ons are free."
Cons: "I felt that having to pay $50 extra for a seat when I checked in was pretty deceptive and unethical. I think most people would agree that when they purchase a boarding pass, it is assumed that it includes a seat. Having to pay extra for a seat was something I did not plan for and it was out of my budget, but I had no choice, because I had to get home somehow! I'll be going without groceries this week due to this unplanned expense."

Pros: "Flight was quick- onboard entertainment (streaming videos to your device) was cool...but the back of the plane is pretty bumpy and there was a lot of turbulance."

Pros: "Extended legroom upgrade was worth it. I could actually open my laptop and got a lot of work done. Too bad the plane not have 120V plug to charge up or Wifi Arrived safely."
Cons: "- Took 2 hours to get through check in and security - ridiculous. Check in was disorganized and inefficient. People queued to use the kiosks. Firstly, there were too few kiosks, with several unused and at least one was offline. We then waited again for an extended period of time to drop of bags which should be less than 5 min. Please take lessons from Lufthansa - they really know what they are doing. This was one of the worst arrangements in the world. - One of the flight attendants, not all, seems quite bothered to serve us. I don't appreciate that. - No Wifi available - Flight was delayed"

Only 3 people working to check luggage the week before christmas. Almost missed our flight because the line was so long. Was advertised as some free seating options but when checked into flight 24 hr ahead of time had to pay $16 a piece for middle row seats at the very back of the airplane. Flight was delayed 3 hrs because one of the flight attendants did not show up. Will never fly frontier again."

It was disgusting. & will never take Frontier again."

Cons: "Frontier is struggling at the Denver airport. During my flight out of Denver, the "Bag Drop" line took a very long time and they only had 2 people working. On my flight back into Denver we arrived early but had to sit on the tarmac for almost an hour before we could get off the plane and then had to wait another half and hour for our luggage. It was very frustrating and I ended up leaving the airport at 12am instead of 10:30pm. Normally I have not had this type of experience with Frontier but this time around if was very disappointing."

Also, luggage took over an hour to show p in Denver from Cincy. When trying to take a personal trip this time costs your satisfaction. A pain to fl both directions."

A family of five were all separated throughout the plane and asked if there was anyway they could sit together. CS rep just shook her head and said no. Ultimately I offered up the seat I paid for so the mom could be closer to her kids and ended up sitting in the back of the plane in a completely empty row. Could the rep not have looked it up and seen there was an empty row and made accommodations for this family?? I shouldn't have to be the one looking out for YOUR customers. They don't pay my salary...they pay yours."

I understand that weather can be a HUGE variable when flying-however, when I asked a flight attendant if they had connecting flight information while we were waiting on the tarmac for over 30 minutes to get a gate when we landed- she responded with "I'm on the same flight as you, I don't know"....really?! That is NOT customer service and I asked very politely and was responded to rudely. The response of the people all around me was confirmation that it wasn't just in my head. Completely uncalled for. It would have been simple to say, "Sorry, I haven't received any information but let me check and I'll get back to you." Another 30 minutes later we are finally able to get off the plane. 0 min Layover. Thankfully they held the connecting flight leaving for charlotte so I wasn't stuck in Denver."

I am sure that flight did not have nearly as many small children on that flight. Early flight to Orlando would make more sense to me. Why an hour for baggage? Due to delay, several of us lost our rental car reservations in Orlando."
