My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.

I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.

Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!

got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!

It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers

The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.

Nothing unusual. It was fine. I hate having to pay extra for my seat.

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
