Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Little space for luggage and the flight was delayed by an hour.
The flight was delayed over a hour and that was over 15 hours in advance not good
Excellent experience this was my first time booking with Kayak.
The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
They didn’t have any headphones for the entertainment screen and their USB port didn’t accommodate a USB-C for more modern phones. The food was just ok. The staff was friendly but the seats were very uncomfortable for a full flight.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

The personal item sizer cannot take a standard backpack, and the cabin luggage sizer cannot take a standard carry-on. Designed for people from the island of Lilliput!!. and also compels people to pay additional fees to check their bags. Making money by ticking off the passengers is a very short-sighted business strategy, especially since they have a choice of carriers
Kayak was the problem! The tickets we bought did not allow for carry on or checked luggage and we ended up paying more for those services than the tickets! The paperwork Kayak provided for the receipt left the luggage policy for Westair intentionally blank. This was intentionally decietful on Kayak's part. Our additional cost was over $400.00! I will be calling customer service today asking for refunds and I will keep you informed on any review sites as I can. Keith
Check in through Kayak is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that Kayak & the airline of your choosing have different confirmation and reservation codes. You have to call the airline to find your actual information. My brand new KOBO Libra Colour 2 was destroyed somewhere in the security line. When I put it in the bin it was fine, and when I received it back, the screen was destroyed. Awesome. The boarding was a nightmare as people rushed to the gates prior the their boarding zones. I was seated between a father daughter duo who when I suggested I move to either side so they aren’t separated they said “no, we chose this on purpose.” They proceeded to talk over me, pass things over me, use my foot space, and lean on both sides. When we landed, the father was one of the first up, even though we were in the middle/back area. He then rushes his daughter to the point she quite literally clammers over me so they can push through people. The food was off putting: spinach & ricotta in a red sauce is a weird choice. The bun was fine. Tony’s chocolates were a great choice, though. The first flight was terrible. The second flight was much better. I was in a state after the first flight, and two of the flight attendants did a great job supporting the intense nausea I was suffering from by providing a large bag of ice and multiple ginger ales.

Very easy boarding. The on board snacks were not good.
Only 2 bathrooms at rear of plane for about 30 rows of passengers. Ridiculous! Long lines passengers alway waiting. On long trip a full can of beverage rather than a little cup would be appreciated and expected.
Flight was on time… crew normal experience… captain was informative. Boarding at the gate had a bit chaotic ,but overall, it was an enjoyable full flight and I thank you as it was my first time flying Westjet and I will do it again. Regards
Crew was great and pilot explained why we were late and what was happening . Could have had a bit more food —(cookies,pretzels and drinks just didn’t cut it as it turned out to be a 10hr flight and not a 5.5hr flight!
Airflow at seats was very weak, so it was hot for 5 hours flight. Food was weird, serving breakfast menu in business class for dinner?? Staff was not attentive.
Although there were two delays, they were communicated clearly and the boarding process was expedited. The crew was pleasant and efficient.
I was able to get the AA customer Service desk to put me on an earlier flight without any issues.

Very confining seats side to side. Not wide enough for any comfort.
The flight was uneventful. What was a problem was I was delayed getting home one entire day because the flight from Sacramento was delayed. That made getting to my connecting flight impossible. I had to stay another night at the hotel and incur that expense as a result.
There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.
PBI to Charlotte was smooth. Charlotte to IAH was an entirely different story though, and I still have not heard back from American on how they’re going to fix it.
The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.
It was my second AA flight in a week where there was no air movement. Initially, I just thought it was me however, as we were getting off the airplane, several individuals were commenting on how stuffy and hot the cabin was on the flight. This was the second flight in a week that was like this - very odd
The flights was good, but could have more option to buy foods with it being a three and a half hours flights
For my third flight in a row on AC 737 Max 8, it was stuffy and warm, especially mid-cabin, Business Class and rear cabin were better. Very uncomfortable 5 hour flight. Do all 737 Max 8 maybe have an HVAC software problem as well or just Air Canada?

Good. Need more flights going to Barbados because we had a very long layover. The food was as expected of airline food but still can be improved. I had a seat at the back on one of the flights and by the time the foodcart arrived the only option was the vegetarian alternative. This could be improved on.
Once we finally go under way it was excellent. But I hate that they changed the plane therefor the seat configuration.
Check-in, Boarding and Flight were fine however I unfortunately chose the only seat in the plane without a window (15A) and when I asked to move up to row 13 that was empty, I was denied because they call it a preferred seat. The only difference I could see was maybe an inch or two more legroom. I think once the door is closed and all passengers are aboard they should be able to accommodate a reasonable request to move even if to a seat they tried and failed to sell for more money. And a few flights now, I find that Air Canada’s Infotainment system has a 100 channels with nothing on. No movies still in theaters nor any that are not already streaming for free.
Entertainment wasn’t working on the flight so no movies or wifi. I was at the lavatories and the crew were chatting at the back. I asked them for a glass of wine and they told me to go back to my seat and get my credit card and bring it back to them. I thought it would have been nicer for them to come to me but they didn’t want to get up from chatting with colleagues. Not great customer service.
The crew on board the flight was the stand out for me especially one name Kim, she was very polite, attentive and supportive, on boarding the plane after walking across the runway it was a sunny day with a high temperature and I felt a little tired but the way she greeted me with her voice and smile really lifted my spirits and that continued during the flight, she also made sure all my service needs were addressed but I also know she had to support everyone on board but I felt like I had a personal support like the service you get in first class ,I sat almost at the back of the plane but felt like I was in first class what an exceptional flight attendant her attention to detail was just amazing and I would definitely fly with Air Canada Rouge again. I want to say thank you to all the crew for their amazing service.
The Barbados Toronto experience was okay but had too many delays from Toronto to Ottawa.
It is admissible that we have to pay over price to eat on a 5h flight...
Flight was delayed 90 mins. Wheelchair to pick me up at gate was delayed. Lost my bag… mix up on carousel.
