Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Little space for luggage and the flight was delayed by an hour.
Excellent experience this was my first time booking with Kayak.
Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Horrible, mismanaged ground issue resulting in a long delayed, next flight left early, waiting extra 7 hours in the airport, screen did not work
Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.
I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
I always enjoy flying with Copa. Adequate legroom and comfortable seating with fantastic entertainment options.
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

It was good overall. On my transition from Philadelphia to Boston,the gate information wasn't correct. When I went to check the gate information; I found out that my flight was boarding clear across the airport at another gate. Fortunately I rushed over there and made it on time while they were in the middle of boarding.
For the first time in all my travels I found the arm rests very inadequate and painful. The arm rest between me and the passenger to my left was thin and didn’t support either of us. On the right side, (window side) the armrest was thin and short causing me pain mid-arm.

Horrible. Flight was delayed for 4 hours first till 7pm. Then for one more hour. Then again and around 9pm we were finally boarded and waited for catering delivery for another hour. At 10pm we were not interested on food at all. Tired, sleepy we arrived after midnight. Insane.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
Wifi was good on the flight from DCA to Dallas and terrible on the flight from Dallas to Tucson. The forward head in the flight from Dallas to Tucson was putrid smelling entirely urine soaked. The flight from DCA to Dallas was delayed by almost 30 min with a plane change.
As per usual for my flights with American Airlines, One flight was very delayed and caused me to miss my connection and they moved my flight to another day. I called customer support and was moved back to my original day but different flights. My layover flight was delayed by an additional 30 minutes while the flight crew confirmed that the plane was airworthy. Ultimately, it is less hassle to drive 10 hours than to fly 6 hours with American Airlines. I recommend my friends and family to hitch hike over taking this terrible transit.
There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.
The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.
The flights was good, but could have more option to buy foods with it being a three and a half hours flights
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.

Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY

Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.
