Since our earlier flight was delayed, we missed this flight and were rerouted on Lufthansa 2 days later.
Scandinavian Airlines is terrible. Flight was late. Lost luggage. Rude flight attendants. Terrible experience.
Ancient aircraft (busted armrests, poor cabin temperature with no option for passenger control). Garbage everywhere. Risible checking of safely conditions on landing. Also, late.
Cut out the nickel and dime pricing for "seat selection" and baggage, To do this on an international flight is just mind boggling. Seriously, why treat customers this way??? Nobody wants these hidden extra fees and everybody hates them. Also plane was too warm and no air vent, and water dripped from the ceiling at one point,
Scandinavian was perfect. Nice A350 with an on time departure and an an experienced crew. What a difference from TAP.
The staff were great, the food was good. I just hate being crammed in a tuna can for 10 hours cause I can’t afford a better seat.
Maybe more diverse entertainment. Although the inflight cameras were amazing 10/10
I upgraded to economy plus and it’s so worth the price. The crew is exceptional and the food is pretty decent. I would definitely fly with them again.

The Manila airport was under renovation so there was no business class lounge. The double security check was disorganized and the flight attendants were grouchy.
Flight attendants on United are the worst in the business. Can’t be bothered to provide even basic levels of service and are as rude as anyone can get. This flight was not an exception to that rule.
United has been holding my money for a cancel on another ticket they wouldn’t let me fly for going on 5 months. Terrible service I wouldn’t choose to buy tickets or fly with united again. Very bad experience generally dishonorable and poor service .
The flight got delayed. They forgot to bring the drinks when I asked for it. The toilet is messy.
This was an overnight flight, and in the morning they did know coffee service. How you can throw passengers in a San Francisco airport at 5:40 a.m. in the morning and not giving them Coffee is a crime.
Our flight was delayed several Times due to mechanical issues. Although I understand this may happen at times, it was very inconvenient and we had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. We were traveling with my 3-yo grandson and waiting at the airport from noon until 6:30pm with no reassurance that our next rescheduled flight would depart, we had to decide what’s best for him. A day later, I found out that I may be able to demand compensation if my flight is delayed more than 4 hours. I will hav to read the fine print next time.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times! They went above and beyond to get us into an earlier flight in San Diego to make our connection in SFO possible, because our original flight did actually not make it! I did so much appreciate the UA team and how they made this possible. We also didn’t have seats together on the long flight to Singapore, but they found us seats together last moment with no additional cost! Nobody sat next to us, so that we were able to sleep! Thanks to UA for improving their service and Underpricer for booking this trip! Please be careful: 1,5 hrs for transfer in San Francisco might not be enough time in the future

How can you rate a flight when it is canceled after you leave the gate & 3 hours into sitting there or in remote area of airport after mechanical problems
Seat pitch is horrible especially on the 15 hour flight. Gate crew at SFO was Outstanding. The flight crew was also great.
Flight delayed 45 minutes almost caused us to miss connection to transatlantic flight.

I love the direct flights. It saves a lot of hassle and allows immigration and customs in Ireland, making arrival much easier.
My seat was broken. No sound available and the armrest between my wife and I was broken so it could only fold halfway up. Seats were a big close together so they felt a bit claustrophobic. Boarding was a little frustrating in Dublin as there is not sufficient room to actually queue up. Boarding was also frustrating for people behind me who were unable to use the overhead due to people abusing the privilege and putting more than one item each up there. Staff was friendly and helpful to those people.
The space between seats was reduced even further. Could not even open the tray table fully and got compressed the moment the front guy reclined. For a long haul flight it was extremely uncomfortable.
Unfortunately the flight was delayed for 50 min. Just as we were about to board so that was a drag. The boarding was average. The bag check in process was new to us and efficient. And the flight itself was smooth- basically no turbulence.
Really lovely trip and flight. The flight staff were so accommodating and warm throughout!
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.
the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

The layover was only one hour and a huge line for passport control. If I didn’t cut the line and argue was every single official, I would’ve spent the night in this one. Obviously.TAP AIR people. do not take into account.this problem with their flight scheduling, which is extremely frustrating. Poor food choices, on the pasta was offered, they ran out of chicken right away. All the sodas and water poured in a tiny 70 mL cups, which is not enough to keep hydrated on the long flight. I had to ask for 34 cups at a time. Flight attendant seemed to be tired and overworked.
Got in on time. Food was the worst ever. Comfort was terrible. Check in was incredibly bad.
Flight delays. Mad rush with no help from staff. Staff for TAP is elusive like the Tasmanian devil... you hear about it but never seen it. Seats were the only thing that was ok as its lie flat, but trying to sleep was like being at a concert as the crew were chit chatting non stop while you are trying to sleep. Food was seriously better in Premium EY on other airlines like Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, United. We traveled Business Class on TAP. Crew were friendly enough but not very present at lull period of flight.
Crew woke me up to see if I wanted food - NEVER want food on a 12 hour flight more than I want to sleep. Sleep was not easy, as a child screamed and threw fits 70%of the flight. That same child kicked my seat most of the flight. BUT, despite the child and a poor boarding effort, the rest was solid. The crew worked hard otherwise - just don’t wake me up IF I actually get to sleep.

It was excellent - good value; good service. No complaints; my sister moved to Portugal so I will be flying there annually and will continue to use TAP. I love that I can get nonstop flight from SFO to Lisbon.
If you miss any flight in a Multi-City flight plan with TAP, all remaining flights will be automatically terminated immediately. Their support line is no help at all, and you'll be stuck paying again for another flight.
the cancellation of my earlier flight caused me to miss this connection as well.
Generally good. Not their fault but the design of the Boeing 747 had seating supports directly in line with my legs. So my legs always had to straddle this support which caused body misallignment. Such poor design from Boeing. There was no USB port for me to charge my phone. The screen touch control was very poor.

The plane was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The land crew were very polite and informative and helpful. They informed me that there is a long way and challenging to go from international terminal to national terminal and in addition to getting my suitcases and going through customs and dropping them again for my second leg of trip which was San Francisco to Los Angeles . I have left knee issue and had a recent fall with aching muscles all over, the land crew suggested wheelchair help for me, God bless her. If I did not have help, I could not make it to my last terminal. Thank you UNITED AIRLINE!

Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
This was the best carrier, comfort, service, good food, on time experience on a long haul flight. New, clean, quiet, smooth aircraft!!!
The plane was clean and the staff courteous and professional. The seat bottom was uncomfortable but only after many hours. It had a pressure point that left me a small bruise on my right leg (very surprising). The pasta was terrible (hard on the edges sticking out and soggy on the bottom edges) but I guess that's how it comes out in a microwave (?). The entertainment was glitching and shutting off every 20 minutes or so but, in the end, we made it home safely with very little turbulence and that's what really matters.
