I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.
My entertainment system was very jittery. Of course no food unless you pay, and even then choices are very limited. I got a free beer, though.
The plane was filthy!!!! There were empty food wrappers in the pockets and worst of all a wad of hair where someone had obviously brushed their hair, cleaned out the brush and left the wad of hair in the pocket. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen!! The seats are so crammed together with NO leg room. The AC vent controllers do not adjust. I will likely not book another AC flight from Florida to Montreal.
Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
It's was good in general. I had a annoying next seat passenger. But nothing nobody could do anything
Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.
There wasn't much leg-room, and although I requested a vegetarian meal, there was an error and I did not get one. Everything else was excellent.
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! Great experience with Air Canada
Amazing!! They had lots of entertainment with movies, shows, games, and music. I did not feel bored on the flight at all :)
Seating was average for a first class seat. It very modern. I expected better.
very small seats the scree did not work. I could not watch anything for 9 hours.
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals
Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.
Seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable. as well as very narrow even though I paid an extra $230 for upgraded preferred seats. Very disappointed in the downtrend of Lufthansa and United Airlines.
Pretty standard. Crew was helpful and friendly. Plane was clean and food was good.
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.
