Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any

I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

A lot of snacks and provided on request by traveller. Preferred meals which were on their menu were not always sufficient for those who wanted them. We were told 2 different items and offer which we asked for were not offered initially. We rejected the 3rd item given as a substitute for our initial choices which we didn't want and so we didn't accept it. Eventually our initial choice was offered. During service of coffee and tea, the crew member didn't offer us and moved back. Luckily neither of us wanted tea at that time. Crew members must avoid behavior that may be suggestive of discrimination

Online check in and seat assignments are terrible. All 4 flights

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

So boarding is a little slow when you fly 787 but on the 777 the business class had its own entrance. The entertainment can be a little bit more up to date Other than that it was a great experience food and service was great

the flight was cancelled and I was rebooked twice, once 26 hours later, then another 24 hours later. In total the flight was delayed for 40 hours. Never again will I use kayak or Turkish Airlines for my travel.

I liked the overall flight experience. However, Turkish officials could do a better job at guiding non-Turkish speakers to their connecting flight gates in such a huge & vast airport.

I use a wheelchair for mobility. Both in my flight from Houston and back to Houston from Istanbul, the Turkish airline staff asked that I claim my wheelchair at the luggage area. On arrival to Istanbul, parts of the wheelchair were in disarray at that time I raised no objection however upon claiming my wheelchair in Houston parts where outright missing. In both occasions, upon arriving in Houston and arriving in Istanbul, I asked multiple times why am made to pick up my wheelchair in the baggage claim rather than at the jet bridge. Getting the wheelchair at the jet bridge minimizes the probability of loosing parts because they can be hopefully reclaimed on the spot. I was told in Houston that a manager turned down my request to claim the wheelchair at the jet bridge in Houston. This is extremely frustrating because a wheelchair is not a set of clean underwear or a toothbrush- this is the way I move. A Turkish Arline staff took my complaint at the luggage claim area in Houston but as of the writing of this review the only contact I have received from the airline is because I initiated a claim rather than her as she told me she would.

Crew members, pilots and flight attendants are excellent. Beside, that, customer service is very lacking in all aspects of Turkish airlines

You need to weight all bags together because we were 2 and we allowed 4 bags plus hand carry and personal items. We trying to saved bag like we put our stuff in 3 bags so we don’t have to carry more bags and airline also save space time less bags less work. We had only 1.6 kg over and we requested crew he said it’s airline policy that you need separate bag that’s ruined our mod and carry that suit in our hand in plastic bag he didn’t understand that we have less bags that make sense if we brought over luggage then it’s problem. I think if you guys change your policy and weight all together that will be good

The seat was not even cleaned. It has full of cookie crums probably from last flight's passenger. Its basic expectation that, seats are clean.

For some unknown reason, my checked bag didn't arrive at the same time. I got to my destination about 30 minutes late (5pm) and my bag was delivered to my hotel at 2:06am.... in the past 4 flights with AA, they been delayed and I've missed connections and my bags. Poor service.

2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!

Better perks for corporate employees whom travel often and spend a lot of money with the airlines. Snacks were terrible chips crackers are ideas. Flight and crew were great comfort was fine entertainment not so great so so called status members means nothing

I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.

Flight was delayed multiple times without giving any particular reason and the only thing that was communicated was that 'Aircraft is getting ready'. I was stuck at SFO airport for 15 hours and finally took Southwest Airlines flight back home to Dallas.

I had the best flight crew I have ever experienced in all my years flying with AA. I would specially like to thank Till Tatum/96038 for her kindness professionalism and outstanding service! My son turned 8 years old one day before our flight and she went out of her way to make him feel so special. We will never forget this flight! The whole crew made a special card for Frankie’s bday and it really touched our hearts. He will never forget it and neither will we! Thank you with all our hearts! We hope to be on more flights with Till Tatum and this amazing crew.

Flight was delayed three times and we had an international connecting flight which we would’ve missed but AA manage to find us a flight that allowed us to catch and we made our international flight. However, due to the flight change, I’m in Amman, Jordan missing all 4 bags. It’s been a nightmare. Been waiting since June 17 and today is June 20th. Still without luggage. Customer service wait times are two hours and I get disconnected while waiting. I’ll update when/if my luggage arrives. Every day is costing money in a hotel in Amman. I can’t continue my trip to Palestine until the luggage arrives. Then, I will be updating my review.

Flight had mechanical issues and it was delayed 30 mins - some of us boarded and then had to deplane.

Late departing Budapest, very stressful change in Munich though we made it since connecting flight was delayed.

The crew was very professional, no food was served. The flight was delayed which impacted my connection at Frankfurt to Chicago… It was very stressful because it was out of my control. Had I missed my connection, it would have been extremely disruptive and inconvenient as I would have had to make other arrangements to fly to the United States.

The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.

Because of the fog at the Frankfurt airport, our flight was delayed leaving Budapest. We only had 20 minutes to get from A23 to C13. This was quite a walk for this not-so-young anymore lady--even with the help of moving sidewalks! We also had to go through passport control and then security. Germany is extra thorough, even doing pat-downs of all passengers. We got to our gate and I knew I had been randomly selected for extra security scanning because of the "SSSS" code on my boarding pass so I wasn't surprised when he escorted me back to security to be searched some more. The boarding gate gentleman assured me that they would hold the plane. The ladies in security rushed through the scanning process as fast as they could and we were able to make our flight to Orlando. The actual flight was smooth and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. The flight crew were friendly and efficient.

So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!

Still haven’t finished the flight. Day 2. Missed flight connection for reasons not explained and had to spend night at hotel. Booked on early flight next morning and had to deplane for technical issue. So tired. Not happy. Seat changed to ver back of plane like they did on the outgoing flight. This airline is second rate at best. Bad form. Never again. Not duly compensated

I missed the flight in Washington due to the delayed arrival and duper slow border control. Not fault by Lufthansa, but at 23:00 you can't find anyone from Lufthansa to help you and that's total awkward.

A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

Really bad airline, they treat you like you would be treated on a budget airline.

My tv didn’t work, crew had to reset it 6 times, it worked for 3 minutes and started acting crazy clicking random items on screen automatically. Plus only one side of earphones worked, blanket was too think and small.

Good was great. Some of the older crew were grumpy and not customer friendly.

The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

I'm a world traveler for the 30 years. The WORST AIRPORT i've ever been in Totally over booked They shuttle u around MANY TIMES TO GET to planes and gates They over book and have massive delays Will never fly BA again

Awful! First off, 15 minutes after purchasing my tickets I received an email to purchase my seats for the flights I paid for, charging me an additional $400 plus to be able to sit with my wife. Then, our flight(s) were late leaving 3 out of four times from the origin of flight (PDX, BUD, LHR). They couldn't even load the airplane to balance, had to wait 45 minutes to reload. After being late into Heathrow, they didn't have the personal to get the gate extension to the plane. Made our connections very tight, made us run from gate to gate. Not to mention Heathrow is one of the worst airport to connect from(if you can use Frankfurt or Amsterdam, they are both superior to the dump London is) event hough it is BA's home, the gate personal was rude and very stuck up. After running through the freaking airport, taking a bus, train and 3 elevators covering 7 floors in all. On our return to Portland, the service to Portland from Hawthrow was great, especially Chris, who was very aware of everyone's need and pleasant throughout the flight. This was my 3rd and final cross Atlantic flight with BA. Each time they were marginal to say the best. Their personal both at the Budapest and London stops were awful and made me flying with them poor. I will avoid BA and Heathrow at all cost if I can.

The flight was not too long, so entertainment and food were not applicable, but the crew was really nice and kind. The flights left 30 minutes late but either made up the lost time or it was calculated into the flight time, which was very important for people who connected to another flight at that huge airport.

Our flight was delayed and this caused us to miss our connecting flight. During the flight I noticed that BA had already rebooked us for a different flight the next day. Although technically we hadn’t missed our connecting flight yet! We were stuck in London overnight causing us to miss all subsequent plans we had (hotel already booked in NY and a flight home to Chgo)! This cost us over $400 in fees to change everything

First, my carry on was taken from me and I was forced to check it in in Budapest. I had to take my laptop out of it, and carried under my arms duringin the entire journey. Then we did not land in Newark, but were diverted to Bangor. We spent the night there, and only flew to Newark 24 hrs later, after multiple delays. And finally me luggages were lost and I only got them 4 days later. The one thing what was good was the in flight entertainment. The trip was an ordeal.

Staff very good as was flight. Bad experience getting through passport control at Budapest airport. Very crowded, long wait and told to get in the wrong queue

Food is just horrible, by your own. There is no leg room and I am 5' 2" and I was struggling by the end of the 7.5 hours flight. There is no good music selection, I was looking for more classical music to listen to.

THe flight, crew and service was good. The only problem was the long delay and that the Captain's announcment about the delay was only in English on a BUDapest Hungary flight.: And no one spoke Hungarian from the flight crew.
