Very comfortable flight and simple and directed one way and back. Amazing price.

Airbus A350 is poorly designed for wheelchair users and reduced mobility passengers. The angle of the pods makes it awkward to transfer. I was able to but I have ab stability. It could be a real challenge for people with more severe mobility impairments. You'd think Airbus would have come up with a solution for this or thought more about us disabled folks more when designing this aircraft.

The flight was an hour late leaving Heathrow. The food was mediocre. When we got to Austin, my husband’s luggage was missing. He filled out information at baggage claim. We are waiting to hear something. His name is Henry Jacob Braunig.

They lost my luggage. Lady who was helping with it in Austin was rude. Not very helpful!

The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

Push back is not working when I complaint a male staff he told me that most of the seats are like that so we can’t do anything

I'm a world traveler for the 30 years. The WORST AIRPORT i've ever been in Totally over booked They shuttle u around MANY TIMES TO GET to planes and gates They over book and have massive delays Will never fly BA again

Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.

The food was horrible. Everyone had gas right after eating that resulted in lines at the bathroom. There were also screaming kids everywhere (probably at least 6 in economy). It did not result in comfort. There should be dedicated play areas to help keep them entertained. We felt bad for the parents.
