Good service … bus transfer upon arrival from plane to terminal: atrocious!!!

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.

The Lufthansa app needs a whole revamp flight got delayed and it kept showing original time. Communicate better with you customers

We were disappointed not to be able to buy out preferred seat from date of my original booking, which was about 40 days before the trip. When we arrived in Hannover on the Oct 10 I tried every day and the weed site said I have to wait until ck in, did that and still was not able to. Get to the airport and out seats were separate from each other. The crew was able to get seats together, was not the most comfortable. Don’t understand why this happened.

Waited on tarmac 30 min before take off everything else was fine

Swiss air was a short flight to and from Frankfurt to Geneva. The crew was nice, and the service was fine. Would be nice if they had wifi available.
