Airline reviews

The airport was changed, just a few hours before departure, which was located almost an hour apart. Going through security was pretty fast, but then the airport does not allow them to use the walk on sleeve for some reason, perhaps because it is not a national airline. They make you huddle into an area, board onto a packed bus, drive you to the airplane on the tarmac, and then you have to carry your carry-on luggage up Rickety metal steps to get onto the plane. The flight was fine. It is relatively short. There is no entertainment and anything that you want to drink or eat you have to pay for with cash on board. They need to allow these airlines to use the walk on sleeve, which was empty and available right next to our airplane. Perhaps it’s a political battle.

The flight attendant was very helpful my husband and I were not seated together and she was able to get us seats together

Cons: "Flight departed nearly 10 hours behind schedule and we only got an explanation when we boarded. Insufficient support and stingy meal vouchers left us hungry."
Pros: "The staff and crew were very friendly and the flight was on time. The airplane was warm and a snack was provided which is not the case with Air Canada."
Cons: "They made us fly on the forbidden Boeing 737 MAX! Nos hicieron volar en el Boeing 737 MAX que está prohibido en todo el mundo."
Cons: "Lunch should have been served. Not a cereal bar and a drink for a three flight at noon."
Pros: "Took us to Iguazu Falls! Best in the world! Amazing."
Cons: "It’s just a commuter flight..."
Pros: "Was on time, no turbulence and excellent landing"
Cons: "The luggage policy, is confusing since the drop off luggage is with extra cost. Unnecessary complications. The snack meal, really poor."
Cons: "Service Provide more information about the status do the flight"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight delayed due to a pilot’s meeting. Check in time overall took 1 hour"
Cons: "I was charged us$29 for a checked in luggage (within weight limit) because I used kiwi.com . I don't think it's acceptable."
Pros: "Yes crew and space was good"
Cons: "A bit desorganizad the lines to board, but it seems part of the culture"
Cons: "The plane was delayed because one member of the crew arrived late! More than 150 people waiting for the process to arrive to the plane!!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Having some sort of entertainment for a 7 hour flight, having a reclining seat would’ve been nice, less than 4 hours of turbulence would’ve been nice."

The truth is that everything turned out perfect very well.

The check in crew was very friendly and efficient. Everything following reflected poorly on the company. Their exit row policy is laughably terrible. I was instructed I was not allowed to use any headphones, I was not allowed to store any luggage at all under the seat in front of me. I was not allowed to keep anything with me at all actually - it all was required to be in the overhead bin (difficult when in the window seat). And then was inexplicably woken up and told I was not allowed to sleep in the exit row either. So no book/reading, no headphones, no entertainment, and not allowed to sleep (in a non-reclining exit seat, of course). It takes a lot to annoy me normally - but this made the cut.

Bondi Air changed the departure time to 9 hours latter and would not do anything to help me. I ended flying with another carrier.

After we got to our hotel from Jorge Newberry airport, I realized my Apple AirTag was stolen, and my Belkin power bank charger was also stolen from my luggage. This was initially a carry-on bag due to the items in my bag, and I was forced to check in the bag at the counter and then to Discover things were stolen from my bag once it arrived back at the airport. I was very disappointed in this airlines for this reason, and I will never fly them again due to theft.
