Food sucks. Bland and gooey pasta as vegetarian option.
Service was excellent. Boarding fast and efficient, but would be better if the grouped.
I am only 6 ft but knees hit the seat in front. Tray table hits my stomach even without the recline on front seat. Woman across aisle from me couldn't get out of her seat when the person in front reclined. This should just be illegal, period! Food was not very good. Entertainment options was limited.
On time and professional boarding. Comfortable flight and friendly flight attendants.

The food, cabin crew behavior, entertainment systems were decent.
1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment.
The landing takeoff was very smooth.
The seats r too small. The food did not taste good. Wn I asked for snacks since I did not eat I was told there is nothing. No wheelchair service. I have never seen in my life such poor wheelchair service.
There was nothing I would need and did not get in this flight. I would definitely use the same airline and recommend to other people as well.
-no communication -I stayed in 17 hours of cues -no hotel or meal vouchers -was not let out of the airport -no hydration in lines - people passed out -no line control, people were cutting and lots of arguments ensued -staff was not knowledgeable, was rude to angry customers -baggage was never returned to me, so I had to buy clothes for my business trip -did not answer phones -website went down -no apology or automatic refund, i had to call to get a manual refund

11 hours wait time!!!! No lounge entrance No food!
The ground crew was very curt and non helpful. Apparently there was a rule that laptops had to be in the checked baggage. The ground crew could have been more courteous with passengers for whom this was a great inconvenience. In my specific case, the person checking me in labelled my bad "Long Stay" instead of "Priority" because they misread the instructions on the computer. The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor
Basically ontime although a bit delayed getting started. Crew was attentive . Food Ok. Seating could be a bit better.
Somewhat tight seating. More reclining of seat would help. The gate was the furthest away possible requiring a very long walk.
British AIT flight attendants are the nicest
The metal entertainment boxes where your feet go- io am 183cm and the boxes don’t allow me to stretch my legs
