$149 Find Cheap Flights from Buffalo to Mexico City Federal District - Compare and Save

Delayed couple hours due to airplane maintenance issues, we boarded and then asked to unboard, but cmon!! Can they do the whole maintenance prior to boarding?

On time departure & early arrival. Made a long day much better.

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.

The flight from Buffalo to Chicago was on an older and smaller plane. Seating was tight. Looking closely at the interior of the aircraft there were definitely signs of aging and wear.

Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

Lack of information. No meal for a 6hr international flight that departs during dinner time

The announcements for loading at the gate for my flight from Phoenix to Mex City was all in Spanish. The English only speaking flyers had no idea the plane was loading.
