Easy checki in and boarding. VERY clean seats and excellent service.

Took off and landed at the correct airports so they did pretty good.

The crew was wonderful! They were friendly and funny. The plane was clean.

Flight attendant in front portion of flight was surly. Aisle way too narrow, seats a bit narrow as well. If a large person had been seated next to me they would have been touching me and that’s not acceptable.

If you paid through Kayak, you will end up in the middle seat with no option to switch to a window or isle seat for less than $125 more each way. You will also have to pay a lot of money for your luggage.

I don't understand why passengers are frequently told that they must check their carry-on luggage due to the full flight and we board and find there are multiple empty overhead cabins with space for our carry-on. Crew should be more accurate in their assessment of the space (they have radios and I assumed they were in communication with a crew member on the plan who could tell them that the spaces were full or that there were remaining spaces). We were told in no uncertain terms that any remaining passengers yet to board had to check their carry on because no space remained on the plane, but there were multiple spaces available (including some that were completely empty) when we boarded. As someone who travels with things I must have with me, I do not appreciate this misinformation which causes me delay because I have to wait at baggage claim to get my small carry-on.

The seats were comfortable, the overhead bins were ample, the staff was helpful, attentive, and friendly. I enjoyed free texting. However, I much prefer Southwest no reserved seats (take any unoccupied seat) and their policy of two checked bags free, and ability to freely change flights. The Alaska airplane was nicer and newer than the Southwest one. Overall, my Alaska Airlines flying experience was a very positive one.

I am extremely dissapointed with Alaska Airlines. I had two minors traveling along, I used the unaccompanied minor program to escort my kids and bring them to mom on the other side of the flight. Unfortunately they just left them at the gate on the other side and did not bring them to mom. The person working for the airline flat out just told the kids they were not going to bring them to mom and just left them sitting there at the gate!!! These are two kids traveling alone. This is horrible and security should have been called

Flight was excellent , crew were very helpful and kind. No entertainment was needed as it was an overnight flight. Keep up the great work. Thank you 😊

For a red-eye flight, it was overall okay. My biggest complaint is that my seat recline was broken and I paid more for a premium seat. That was disappointing.

My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!

Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. They just done seem happy. And that can be seen in their faces.

Waited 3 hours on a plane to de-ice due to manpower issues. Waited another hour and a half once we landed because of a gate issue. Missed my connections. Created. A total of 13 hours of delay.

Great, on time departure, friendly and accommodating crew, great leg room, Smith flight

Plane was turned around due to fog half way into the flight, Delta did not properly direct passengers to stay on same flight and instead failed to properly rebook on Alaska

Okay but not like typical first or business class. On domestic airlines

Hey it got me from A to B on time on a crazy day. No food is offered in board No entertainment options And worst of all, no communication regarding baggage claims in Atlanta!! Having precleared CBP in Canada and landing at a domestic gate I expected to pickup baggage at the domestic terminal. No indication in app of where to pick up bag. No text message from WestJet. So I went to domestic where my bag was NOT. Do you know what a pain it is to get from domestic terminal to international at ATL? 45 min ordeal. My bag was still on the carousel, along with many other WestJet bags from mine and other flights. I pity any arriving customer not familiar with ATL trying to find their bags in this circumstance. And then no way to catch Marta from international. This falls far below the standards expected of modern airlines.

The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.

I liked the kindness of the check in counter crew, the flexibility with changing seats and the comfort. Better free drink selection would have been good but it wasn't a long flight.

Did not realize this was a super budget airline - we even had to pay for a carry on!

I understand that delays may be inevitable; however, the airline did absolutely nothing to reassure us during our flight. There were no apologies for the delay and business resumed as usual. A little compassion should have been garnered for our almost 4 hpur delay.

20+imite delay on the plane with no air. Part of our group had no seats assigned and took a long time to get fixed. Again no wifi and snacks were sad

The first flight was cancelled so they automatically re-booked me to fly out *2 days* later. I had to call and spend over an hour on hold to get a new flight. Woke up the next morning to find out the new flight had been delayed enough that I wouldn't be able to make my connection so I called again, spent another hour+ on hold, and then got disconnected. Called again, another hour+ on hold to find out they couldn't find a replacement flight that would get me to my destination in time for my meetings so I had to cancel my trip. Note that the original flight cancellation and the delay of the 2nd flight were both due to "staffing issues".

We were informed of an impending mechanics and technologists strike between June 18-20 with the potential to delay or cancel flights. This put an enormous amount of stress on us as our flights from Phoenix-Calgary-Vancouver were a precedent to our cruise leaving Vancouver on June 21. The first leg of our flight had no WestJet Connect. Both planes were model 737-700 . There was no room under the seats for typical personal items as a plastic housing for flotation devices prevented stowage. Center seat had a large power supply (thinking USB retrofit) that consumed 1/3 of the area for your feet. No beverage service Calgary to Vancouver. Never flying WestJet ever again.

Flying is no fun anymore. Too little space. Too much carry on baggage slowing down everything.

This flight was 2.5 hours delayed due to crew issues. This meant that we arrived after 2 AM. Very very inconvenient and we were not really kept well informed.

My flight was delayed for a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.

Staff did not care, and very clearly did not want to be serving passengers. Requests were ignored repeatedly. Toilets filthy. Bins were just trash bags hung around the place that were never emptied. It was a challenge to even get a glass of water on a 14 hour flight.

Flight was delayed by an hour and We had to rush and run so we will make it to our connecting flight! And then when we reached Naples, Italy , our luggages were all DELAYED!!! It was a real inconvenience to us!!

Everyone on board was great. It was just super late and we missed our connection in Frankfurt, and had to power through jet lag while we waited 4 hours in the terminal. My family missed a big welcome dinner in Berlin.

United is today and old, the planes, the staff, the business processes. Yet they expect premium prices for a less than average flight experience. I should have remembered to stay away from them and will remember to stay away from them in the future since I'm traveling a lot again. In a nutshell, they suck eggs.

Two staff were rude, loud and burnt out I think. Two were friendly kind and helpful.

Frankfurt airport is the worst. Passengers are forced to use stairs to get to the terminal or catch a shuttle. Very inconvenient for passengers who are ambulatory challenged or have physical handicaps.

The entertainment wasn’t playing in the app or online.

Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?

Flight was canceled 2 hours ahead. Just as I arrived at the airport

It’s very good.. keep up the good job!!! Thank U.

Great flight! Service, food and flight experience were top notch.

My flight from LAX to toronto, of 6 hrs, and no food was served. I expected lunch but they gave only a soft drink and a biscut. Very sorry to say it was terrible.

We left a CPAP machine under the seat and informed them. They emailed after 3 days delivery or ship! We paid $54 and stayed at the house every day for 10 Am delivery “Priority overnight” . It was never delivered. Emailed and Martin kept replying that label was created. I had to leave on Sunday so we went to lax in person and after 2 hours asking and going from one place to another, we finally got it. Very disappointing experience. Air Canada DOESNOT have a customer care line to call to speak to a live person. Cpap machine is a breathing machine for sleep. I had very hard time for a week. We could not get out and explore California every day as we were expecting FedEx 10 Am delivery ! It’s crazy that they charged us too and now they don’t even refund. No more air Canada!!!!!

Great new Bluetooth feature to listen in the entertainment options with Airpods. It was available on one leg of the trip only. Boarding and going through custom was amazingly efficient.

Had to sit on the plane for 3 hours before they kicked us off and canceled the flight and we only received two free food vouchers absolutely ridiculous

Our first flight to Toronto was awesome. Especially because of the flight attendant. She treated my kids and I so well and was so kind to my little 5 year old birthday boy. The smiles and kindness she shared with us made it everything for my kids to fly with Air Canada. But our second connecting flight didn’t have any entertainment or TVs and the crew was okay. Not great but just okay

I love air Canada. The staff is so helpful and friendly and attentive. I paid for extra room but chose a ser near a person who took up a lot of space which gave me less space than regular economy, I was sad I did that!

No meal. Flight crew was wonderful, happily finding me storage for my guitar. THANK YOU!!!
