Pros: "Being a tall guy, I appreciated the extra legroom in first class."

This does not seem very considerate of our health during a Pandemic especially with their messaging about social distancing. They also did a very poor job of keeping people patient in the deplaning process. They should have better messaging and a very non threatening way of encouraging passengers to be patient and courteous. Maybe they good offer each passenger a choice some type of goodie like a mint or a chocolate that says "please enjoy this while you wait for others to exit the plane"."

Cons: "I will never fly American Airlines again. From the moment I checked in with the ticket agent to getting off the plane it was a disaster. The ticket agent was rude, hostile, and dismissive. Employees walked through the line at security forcing everyone to consolidate their belongings to one bag. I had a large wallet in my hand and was told I had to step out of line to put it in my backpack. They only allow you one bag to carry on without paying extra. At the time of boarding they announced that the overhead storage was full so even those that paid extra were still forced to check their bags. The plane was dirty, the service was slow, overall just gross. They don’t have WiFi or in flight entertainment so I paid the $20 to purchase the WiFi. It was worthless. I couldn’t stream anything, even music kept stopping to buffer. I understand it will be slower then on ground WiFi, but it was impossible to watch anything and a complete waste of money."

I ended up spending SEVEN hours in Phoenix waiting for a different flight to take me back to Tampa. The least AA could do is offer to pay for my supper or even a snack ANYTHING would've been nice. It's called customer service. I understand things happen that are out of our control, I also understand what it is to help make people whole or happy."

After paying once for my checked bag they tried to make me pay again. Asked to see in writing what they were trying to explain and the manager couldn't do it. They never gave me my ticket stub for my checked bag. So if it hadn't arrived I wouldn't have had anyway to find it. Very disappointing staff in SFO. Seemed aa if no one at SFO was happy to be working there or even worse didnt know what to do most of the time. VERY different than the DEN united experience."

Cons: "The Overnight flight I had was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Too uncomfortable to even sleep at all. The seating is so tight, I could barely move my legs when the seat in front of me was reclined (and I am tiny!) I landed after my connecting flight was already boarded, causing an employee from the airline to announce my name over the intercom on the plane and tell the passengers to "clear a lane for me." I ran with my suitcase over my head, bumping into people and making it to my next gate...where I was told there was ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM for my carry on...which was also, very tiny. I specifically did not want to check my bag because I needed to immediately hop off the plane to make it to work on time. Another customer was VERY upset about having to check his bag and was pulled aside. I finally was told I needed to check my bag at the gate to get on. So i did. As I entered the plane, about half of it was COMPLETELY empty with PLENTY of room. I was floored. About 10 minutes later, the very angry man happily entered with his carry on and stored it easily in the overhead bin. My frustration was at a peak. But I said nothing. When I arrived to Newark, I rushed to baggage claim and guess what? After 30 minutes of waiting, my bag never showed up. I had to check in with information and finally found it. But this caused to me to be late for work. I have usually had a great experience with United. But this experience has changed my mind completely and am very upset."

Cons: "I cancelled my flight within 24hrs and received no refund because I booked through priceline. However, there was no restriction or clause listed on the ticket stating that I had to cancel through priceline also. It really should not matter who I cancelled through, if I canceled within 24hrs the refund should be given. Also, the debits from my account said United as well as priceline taking me to United's web page to make the purchase. So of course one would think cancelling through United's site is appropriate. I'm very disappointed in United and will consider all other options (Airlines) before booking with them again. PS - United customer gave me the run around for 3 days knowing that it was their policy and they were the company who's keeping my money. Absolutely ridiculous."

Pros: "First of all, I was excited to get to Puerto Vallarta! Unfortunately, we had a delay due to a child who got sick as the plane was backing from the gate. The crew was fantastic and had paramedics load the plane to check on toddler. The family deboarded and United crew cleaned the throw up. The pilots kept the passengers informed and we proceeded with the flight. The flight attendants were fantastic, particularly the brunette attendant who remembered me from a previous flight. Best flight attendant ever!! Thank you United!!!"

Pros: "I arrived at the aurport 1 hr 20 mins before flight - plenty if time to check in and make it to gate at a small airport ad Newark is. Wanted to check in online - the United System did not allow me to. Had to wait in line - long line due to holidays. I raised my hand and asked for assistance given the impending 1 hr cut off time for check in. Was told I should go to the special assustance line. Well, guess what - that line which was meant to be express service for fliers with special situations was moving with the speed of a tortoise - slower than the general line. Only 2 flight assistants were servicing, both incredibly slow. When asked politely that I need special assistance as I was approaching the 1 hr cut iff fir checkin, the United lady yelled at me instead of speeding up her slow motion. Bottom line, I missed my flight on a tiny airport dedpite arriving 1 hr 20 mins before flight. Had to wait 14 hrs overnight at the airport to catch the next flight because the United Airlines personnel are lazy, slow, inefficient, rude and no customer oriented. Terrible service."

Reminding me that it was a large airport. I declined, but she encouraged me to try it and I agreed. She was concerned and very helpful."
Cons: "The plane was a small plane and we had to disembark on the tarmac. There were two attendants with wheelchairs but they didn't have my name so I walked on. The flight attendant called to me and said to wait. One of the attendants came up with a wheelchair and said he would take me. Unfortunately, a steep ramp had to be used to get into the airport building. He asked another worker to help him and all the way up the ramp I had to listen to comments about "good thing they had eaten their Wheaties" and "they were getting a good workout." I know that I am not a small person, but these ongoing comments were rude and insulting. When we got into the gate the attendant told me that he didn't have my name on his list and had to call for permission to take me through the airport. I waited and he came back and said he couldn't take me, but if I could wait someone else could come for me. I had waited enough already and suffered their rude comments, so I said no thanks and walked slowly through the airport. This experience has left me with a bad feeling for the airline and its personnel. I believe their staff could use sensitivity training at the very least!"

He never came back, even after hefty tip, and last minute I had to get to Gate 73, almost fainted, I have leukemia. Though I was able to,board first, the plane was older, smaller, and I was out in an E, middle, seat. Horrible experience."

"The only thing I liked was the care of the flight crew. One of us is a disabled passenger and they didn't give special consideration for someone who is disabled and couldn't walk to the gate nor to the seat. Our seats were in the REAR of the plane. That's no place for a disabled person. Not even a window seat. Lack of communication to the special service assistants for a request of an aisle wheelchair to get to the seat. The flight was delayed and we were sitting in the plane for over an hour to wait to exit the plane. We were informed there was lack of staff at Orlando International Airport for Frontier Airlines, and we had to wait for other staff to come from another gate to get us off the plane and get bags to baggage claim. We were waiting in Baggage Claim to retrieve our bags for over 30 minutes."

Basically clockwork. The crew did as much as they could for the poor kid but there seems to be a consistent trend of maintenance issues or issues being late in my more recent flights with them."

Cons: "I hated that I had to pay extra to bring a carry on and to choose my seats. Had to pay an extra 60 bucks on top of my flight ticket which I thought included everything and at least a carry on. Not impressed with having to pay for drinks and snacks either, nothing complementary except for a cup of water. Wont be choosing this airline again."

Arrived 45 min before my flight due to traffic and they wouldn't let me in, had to wait 10 hours for next flight. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Will NEVER fly frontier again, worst flight (there AND back) I've ever had."

Cons: "Flying with Frontier had to be one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I arrived at the airport to find that they could not check me in when in fact my original Atlanta to New York plane had not left. The agent lied and made it seem like the plane left so I purchased a $99 ticket to Atlanta to Trenton, NJ, a local airport that was 1 hour and 46 minutes away from New York. I purchased the ticket and went to the LGA gate just in case and called the 801 number to be rebooked back on my original flight. The rep on the phone shared I would not be charged the $99 but today, 1/6/17 the charge posted on my credit card. I had to go to Trenton, NJ, send $33 for the NJ Transit, plus 2 Uber rides totaling $53."

Cons: "To much nickel and dimming,after all their charges here and there your inexpensive flight isn't so inexpensive.The bag charge was way out of line! You have to pay for certain seats,this needs to go away. I probably won't fly with them again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this airlines."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that you couldn't even charge your phone. $30 for a carry on is ridiculous. 42 and a half flight there should be some kind of entertainment available even if for a price. Hippos cheap rates by we tack on an extra $60 for a carry-on and an extra $20 each way receipt you are not cheaper than any other Airline and I will not be flying you again. The only reason I picked your airline or will pick your airline in the future with me because the time smashed out with what I was looking for. But your prices will no longer sell me because they're not realistic and full of pork"

Pros: "I had no idea that the "inexpensive" flight I was buying would have so many hidden fees. My choice was to either pay for my second carry on or to check it for a fee. No other airline I fly requires passengers to pay for their second carry on. Additionally, when I checked in, I was asked to pay for my seats to ensure that I could sit next to my companion. In other words, seat price wasn't included in the ticket price either. How was I to know this when every other airlines includes it! Also, there were no complimentary snacks (peanuts, pretzels, etc.) nor drinks (sodas, etc.). Everything had a fee. I was also very unimpressed by an agent at the ticket counter who was flirting inappropriately with me. It was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. In all, I was incredibly disappointed with Frontier and will never fly the airline again."

Cons: "I hate all the cost. 30 bucks for a carry one, 40 bucks to reserve seating, etc."

Pros: "There were quiet babies on the flight."
Cons: "It took longer than usual to board and the staff kept going back and forth about going through the safety proceedures."

Pros: "The price was good, but I would've been better off with a different airline."
Cons: "Every seat was the same but there was an upcharge on different flights. I paid an extra $9.00 for a window seat in the back of the plane and it would've been $20.00 for the same seat closer to the front. They also charge for bags whether they are carry on or checked. My first flight, a kid in front of me threw up and it went under his seat and all inside of my bag. I spent the entire flight cleaning puke off of my computer and my clothes. The flight attendant just told me there were paper towels in the lavatory. When we finally arrived at 11pm we sat in the runway for 30-45 minutes until our gate was clear. Then we finally pulled up and it took another 15-20 mins for them to attach the bridge for us to get off the plane."

Cons: "Baggage pricing and seat choices were a bit steep. Cheaper flight with frontier didn't save me much at all after paying for baggage."

Cons: "Due to arriving early we had to wait onboard for a gate to exit the plane. THEN we had to wait one and a half hours to obtain our baggage."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and attentive. Flight was on time."
Cons: "My comment before is about the uncomfortable seats. Same comment applies. To add to this the baggage was delayed to the claim area, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to leave the airport from the time the plane landed. Unacceptable."

Cons: "The one-way, domestic flight was 12 hours delayed. It was ridiculous. Plus, the Frontier seats don't recline."

Before we need only 30 mints required for the domestic flight checkin. now just like international travel time required. 2 hour early.2 hour these idiots using for braggaining with customer. Now readers and customer your choice to travel with these idiots or not. Flight crew below average"

Cons: "The first flight was delayed, then I was emailed a notification that my connecting flight would be delayed to compensate. When I arrived in Denver, I was informed that the flight left on time, leaving myself and several others stranded for the night. I was offered no real apology and no firm of compensation for my lost time. Not a meal, not a room to sleep in. Experiment unpleasant and will prevent me from actively booking with frontier airlines again."

Cons: "Another member of our party was flying to O'hare on Frontier and had a two hour delay leaving Denver. They also had a five and a half hour delay coming to Denver. Moral of the story is if your flying to Denver from St. Louis fly Frontier. If your flying to Denver from O' hare don't ever fly Frontier."

Cons: "I don't like that I have to pay $40 for carry on and $35 for checked bags. I don't llike that I have to pay for seat. With all the up charges, this ticket is more expensive than United, where all is included"

Pros: "Even though we had a considerable delay the crew as well as the passengers handled it well ie. noone talked or acted angry. They all just seemed to take in stride which made it much more tolerable."
Cons: "We left about an hour late. Initially because of difficulty starting the rear engine and then because of a medical emergency on board. Obviously the airline was not responsible for the medical emergency."

Pros: "Though I had to speak to THREE different people before Frontier would work with me, they were able to push back my return flight by several hours after delaying my departure by FIVE hours."
Cons: "It's totally unreasonable to delay a flight by five hours. Mostly everyone on the flight, me included, had already arrived at the airport by then. I had to cancel plans for the evening because I arrived at 1:30 AM. Instead of immediately offering to compensate me, I had to beg and was told they would help me "as a one time courtesy." On my return flight, I was charged $45 for a CARRY ON BAG. I will avoid Frontier at all costs going forward. Don't be fooled by seemingly cheap flights."
