After onboarding we got stuck on the tarmac due to traffic. Flight took off with turbulence to start and finally after 45 mins we got bottles of water. I asked crew if they would come around with more... I was starving and also have the perk of free alcoholic beverages in flight. I was offered neither and we only received chips 1+ hour into the flight. One of our TVs broke and the crew wasn’t helpful in an alternative... Overall worst Jetblue exp I’ve had to date, and I’ve flown with them a lot due to my Mosaic status.."

I explained how my holiday would be starting pretty much as soon as I got off the flight and I wouldn’t have time to wait for a bag to come off the flight. He then replied how that wasn’t his problem. I said I would put the bag under my seat and he said if he saw it under my seat he would take it. He didn’t help me try to find room or do anything helpful at all. I took my bag and found plenty of space to store it. I was very displeased and shocked how I was treated. Also the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was undrinkable. No where near what actual Dunkin’ coffee taste like. I also didn’t like that they tried to charge me money for the headphones."

It was a half full flight and a lot of us were understanding, but if I did not have the jet blue app, I wouldn’t have known about the multiple gate changes and delays. Information was not communicated enough at the airport at all."

The last two times I have flown, the flight has been delayed by at least an hour and a half and there has been something wrong with the sound to the movies. This flight my movie was staticky and had to jiggle my headphones for it to work although sometimes it still happened. My seat this last flight also was broken and I was unable to put my seat back which caused some back discomfort."

Pros: "I can’t say there was a single thing that I liked. I suppose if I had like something I would say the pizza I ate before my flight was pretty good."
Cons: "I didn’t like that yet again, my flight (to PBI) was delayed for hours and then upon boarding and making it to the runway, was told that I would be getting back off the plane because we no longer had pilots. I think its good that there is a limit for the amount of hours pilots can fly but to leave an entire plane, the last flight out in particular, to have to wait an additional 2 hours to wait for new pilots is a little ridiculous to me. On top of that, I decide that I would rather go get a hotel than wait to fly out at 1am in the morning, I come to find that I will have to leave my checked bag on the plane and go to my hotel, in Boston, in 17° weather, without a coat or my toiletries, my phone charger....everything I would have needed went to PBI without me. Needless to say, this was by far my worst experience flying Jetblue. And to top it off, this was the second time this trip (flying out of PBI to Boston earlier left me delayed for 5 hours) that I felt like what I enjoy about Jetblue was not at all what I receieved. I understand that the holidays are a challeging and busy time for airlines, but it feels like PBi flights are by far the worst and that for some reason, Jetblue flights for PBI to Boston, and Boston to PBI are nightmares. Very disappointed."

Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Everything was perfect

Lack of information re baggage delays on arrival. I know the airline cannot control the weather but it was chaos in the arrivals area. I waited for 3+ hours with limited information only to be told our bags were still on the plane and to come back in the morning. Seriously? It’s an hours drive each way if I’m lucky, not to mention I have to work tomorrow. Not happy.

One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

It was confusing and frustrating; I felt like the United Airline did that on purpose to deter the super-economy ticket buyer. Please be aware of time to take to check in with NO BAG with Super-Economy ticket at EWR."

Pros: "When i initially bought my round trip tickets. I chose the seating assignments for my boyfriend and i. When i got to PBI to check in, computer showed we did not have seats. When i questioned the ticket agent, she replied, "it didn't matter when you purchased tickets and it doesn't matter if you chose your seats, you can be bumped at any time". ..so after everyone boarded, then turns out my bf and i can't sit together, we ended up 5 rows from eachother, and we both have anxiety from flying. I am very disappointed with United Airlines, and will do my best not to book with them again. NOT THE FRIENDLY SKIES."

The male flight attendant was rude even to my 7 and 10 year old who sat alone because there were no seats together. My 7 year old didn't know what tray table in the upright position meant and the attendant was giving him a hard time instead of just helping him."

Cons: "The flight was over two hours delayed and every twenty minutes we found out it was delayed another 30 minutes. The crew was terrible. There was no beverage service, and when I asked for a blanket at the beginning of the flight the crew didn't give it to me for over 2 hours. The crew was also very rude in general. There was no entertainment of any kind. The pilots kept pushing back the time we were taking off every 15 minutes and kept changing the arrival time drastically. Overall, horrendous experience."

The captain was making announcements over a PA system that didn't work, so we really had no idea why we were driving around in circles. Wifi was expensive. When my 2 hours ran out, I had no warning and lost a page of work I had not saved."

This was my first time flying spirit and would never fly spirit again. Both flights were delayed by maintenance. Staff wasn’t overly exciting for example on the way out the staff was thanked by one guy and he went for a high five and your staff was a stiff and didn’t even high five him back he just looked right passed they guy thanking him. What a loser!"

Cons: "I booked a 4 day flight (M-Th) and when I went to return, the flight was booked for an entire week later. I would never do that because I needed to be in Philadelphia on Friday. Nothing could be done to help me and I was expected to pay money to change the flight (everything was booked and I couldn't leave on Thursday anyway). I wound up canceling the flight and flying another airline and out of another airport. I had to return my car at one airport (West Palm) and then get a ride to the other airport (Miami). I had a direct flight with Spirit and then had to get a connecting flight. It was a very stressful situation and I was not happy. Now I have to file a claim with flight insurance to get reimbursed for the extra tickets I had to purchase. All around - very stressful!!!!!!!!"

I do not think this is right" she would reply "ya ya ya ya ok Kahhhreeeen" and then hung up on me after saying she was transferring me to a "specialist". I called back and the second man I talked to said he wouldn't (not couldn't, he would not) push my flight back b/c it was still on time and there was only a "weather advisory". "Have I helped you with everything you need today, Caroline?" He asked SERIOUSLY DUDE? Well, well, well... two hours later guess whose flight was CANCELLED.. MINE! With no tickets available to Palm Beach until the next week (if only he had transferred me to the Thursday flight like I wanted, that a**hole!!), except on JetBlue for over $420 one way, I went with JetBlue- like I will always do from now on. Everyone is right and it's my fault for not listening- like my brother told me, Spirit is the FUNG WAH of airlines.. If you know what that is then you know what he's talking about. Never again will I purchase tickets with Spirit, never again. If Hell freezes over and one day the only option is Spirit, I'll wait or walk to my destination. Thanks!!"

Where is the cost savings for other customers in bilking / not bilking some customers out of $20 to save certain seats? Does that extra few bucks taken in really reduce fares for everyone else? Most things Spirit claims are saving money for ticket prices overall, just do not. It's really an excuse to overcharge for minor services. I would rather split the cost of adding literally 3 cents to my ticket price to have a drink on the plane, instead of paying $3. Along with many others I see in the comments section one time was enough."

I should mention that my returning flight was delayed by more than 2 hours. I am never flying Spirit again, and strongly discourage people to use this airline."
