Cons: "The DC China Embassy web site clearly states that a valid APEC Business Card can be used in lieu of a Chinese visa. In spite of this I was denied boarding by JAL. It turns out the system is not fully in place, and eventually I was issued a 10 year multiple entry visa by way of apology. JAL did not waive cancellation fee, and I suffered considerable economic damages."

Cons: "I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

Cons: "Our flight was scheduled with Korean air. We attempted to check in multiple times with issues on the Korean air website. we called and they told us not to worry. Finally, approximately 12 hours before departure we wwere able to check in Only to find out due to the expiration date of our passport we would not be an allowed to check in. We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue."

Pros: "There was a delay in taking off from SFO but the attendants worked very hard at getting everyone on board and taken care of. I missed my connecting flight in Seoul because of the delay, but the attendant let me know well before that I would miss the flight. In Seoul they took me to their very nice Hyatt hotel where I stayed the night and they offered me a very excellent buffet dinner at no cost."
Cons: "There was plenty of confusion with the ground crew in Seoul and I was lost trying to find my way to the station where I could find another flight to Hanoi. However, as soon as I found the Korean Air station, they took very good care of me."
Pros: "Collectively, my new wife and I have travelled through dozens of different airlines, including 8-10 international flights, and our journey with Korean Air was the best flight experience we have ever had. The staff was so attentive, the selection of Korean music, and the access to movies, and the comfort of even Economy class was fantastic. Despite the long hours spent on board, Korean Air made it as comfortable as possible. We especially loved the hot towels, and the stickers that allowed the flight attendants to note if we wanted to be woken for meals, or left to sleep!"

The crew was incredibly well dressed in professional attire. The accommodations were amazing - the flight came with the standard pillow/blanket combo, disposable slippers, headphones, a toothbrush, two meals, a snack, drinks, and the attendants dimmed the lights whenever they weren't serving - all free. The entertainment was amazing - I watched four Hollywood movies that I had been wanting to watch, and that was one section of the movies. There were also TV series and music available, both in English and Korean."

Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Cons: "My daughter had the vegetarian oriental - and it was basically a ball of slim. My son had the lactose free meal and it was broccoli and potatoes. We switched our return flight meals to the regular in-flight meal. It was better, but not great."

Pros: "The best long leg flight I've been on. I managed to get a whole row to myself and that made the 12hr flight so much better. The crew was very professional, kind, attentive, and it was grand."

Cons: "I did not fly out that night due to the covid testing needed. We bought the ticket November 11 it did not say we needed to get tested before flying When we went to check in there was a long line because a lot of people that was flying out did not know also about getting tested before flying Eva employees said that this protocol started December 1st if that’s the case why didn’t they email travelers that bought tickets before December 1st And let them know that covid19 test needed. Also at check in we were inline for 2 hours just to let us know we couldn’t fly out they should have a Monitor saying “ ATTENTION PASSENGERS IF YOU DON’T HAVE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS IN HAND YOU CANNOT A BOARD.” So that people didn’t half to stay in line for so long."
Pros: "The crew from Taipei to BKK were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The flight attendants paid attention to my mom who needed wheelchair to get the immigration. The airport staff in Taipei were very efficient in taking the passengers who needed wheelchair assistance to their connecting gates!!"
Cons: "Not sure if it’s because of the language barrier but l found one flight attendant to be rude in talking to some elderly passengers. However, the rest of the crew were pleasant"

Pros: "Overall I was flying from SFO to Bali. So my first flight was about 14 hours. This whole trip all together was about 24 hours, and considering the length it was great. I was expecting to get restless and annoyed while on the plane, but it was easy to love around. The seats were comfortable, and the food was good. The airline staff was very nice and accomadating. So, because of there actions, I will most likely fly with them again."
