Pros: "The flight back to Columbus made up for the flight from CLT to SJC."
Cons: "This was a multi city, round trip starting out of CLT. My connection was way too close, and we missed the connection due to a mechanical problem. The lines to get vouchers were super long, and the hotel was not the best. It was way after midnight when I got to the hotel, and I did not feel safe staying at a Quality Inn. I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."

A 40 minute gate change from B29 to A11 in PHX was barely long enough to walk far less find and buy a healthy meal. Yet again I arose at 4am and had nothing to eat until after 4pm. ALL the airlines can do better."

Now no mater what other plane I catch idmiss my connection in Dallas. Which means I don’t get to Paris on time. Which ruined my plans to surprise my gf and propose to her. It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."

Cons: "Oh man, I have so many things I need to say. I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

Es un absurdo, pues todos nos vamos a ir y es una causa de molestia y que me haría pensar a mi y otros muchos en no comprar más con ustedes. Entiendo que quien quiera asegurar su asiento desde mucho tiempo antes pague por este servicio. Pero no al momento de abrir el vuelo. A veces viajamos acompañados y resulta imposible sentarse juntos. En mi opinión y de muchos amigos que viajamos con ustedes esto nos tiene en desagrado y ocasiona que adentro del avión andemos cambiando lugares y retrasar los despegues."

They aggressively tried to take my carryon and told me I had to pay 41$ per bag or I could not get on plane. Only when I asked for a manager and found someone to interpret for me and show with a measuring tape and we did they allow me on... total scam - the gate attendant conned at least 15 people before us that had smaller bags that they had to pay (very aggressively in Spanish and many passengers did not speak Spanish so gave in and payed just to get on flight). And both carryon and luggage have to weight 10 kg - AND IF YPU GET ANYTHING ELSE AT THE DUTY FREE THEEY REWEIGHT YOUR BAGS AND MAKE YOUPAY IF IT GOES OVER!!! They always change the boarding gate and don’t have anyone telling you to go to the new gate! You have to walk and look out to the screens for the stupid sign!"

Pros: "Nothing was nice. Delayed flight for 3 hours and never told us what was wrong or why was it delayed. They first said it was about 30-45 minutes late, then an hour, later, another hour and so on. They didn’t offer anything on board, not even a cup of water. I understand they want to make profit and sell snacks and drinks, but come on, charge you for water!? Seriously?!"

I rather pay $100 more in an airline that has great CUSTOMER SERVICE and that in addition for not giving me a straight answer about how delayed is my damn flight AND taking one fu****ng hour to put the luggage in the carousel for the passengers! I hope they go out of business!!!!!! I know they lost mine and my whole family!"

Pros: "We got to the airport and the lady that helped us add an extra bag was amazing trying her hardest to make it the cheesesteak possible. She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."
Cons: "I will not book with kiwi.com EVER again because they messed up my baggage. I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."
