Pros: "An uneventful and relaxing flight. The flight attendants were great. They actually smiled."

Cons: "I didn’t have a window at all. The staff didn’t offer any snacks to us. My bag was the only one that didn’t make it while I had a plenty long layover."

Cons: "There was a flight delay in LAX due to a maintenance issue. The captain and crew informed us before we boarded the plane which was excellent. However, they could not figure out what was wrong with the planed and delayed the boarding for another 3 hours, putting our 1900 departure time to 2100."

They were super friendly, efficient, thorough, assited the elderly on the flight, and continuously cleaned the cabin. they helped people organize the bags in overhead ducts and always had a smile. They should be the standard for service on all flights. Excellent job."

Cons: "Baggage was delayed overnight. With modern tracking, should have been notified that the luggage was not loaded on the same flight as me, eliminating my wasting 45 minutes at ATL realizing that my baggage was not coming and then having to queue to notify the airline that it had not come."

Cons: "Food was mediocre for an international long haul fight, and was served by a completely indifferent staff! My prearranged seat choices were switched to a no recline rows and rebooking after a unnecessarily missed connection became 7 step comedy of errors ,aside from quality aircraft this felt like a budget operation."

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Cons: "Delayed for 2 hours due flat tire. They should've checked tires before we boarded. Cabinets were almost full. I had a hard time to put my skateboard and backpack in a cabinet. Attendant didn't help out at all! It took over a minute to figure out to fit my stuff in there like Tetris. One passenger was upset that I took his bag out. It was frustrating when attendant didn't help to store my bag."
