The Emirates plane was less than standard in economy class and we weren’t even offered water for the entire time we waited. The customer service was terrible and we weren’t even able to retrieve our carry on bags that we were forced to check (not due to the size). This was by far the worst first time experience I’ve had and will not be flying Emirates again."

Cons: "1. Emirates has only one piece option. With Laptop bag weighing about almost 5kgs, you are left with just 2kgs which the carry bag itself would weigh. Not sure, how Emirates is getting away with this discriminatory attitude, while rest of airlines do allow -Carry on + a personal item. 2. There is no check on the carry-on weight at SFO airport. While in DXB, they entice customer to buy all duty free and then when it comes to boarding, you will be 'shocked'. No more than 10kg allowed. 3. You will be directed to read instructions before boarding. Then the corruption deal starts...read point 4 4. The man will say, remove anything in excess of 10kg or pay extra luggage, knowing very well, that people buy duty free at DXB. 5. Once you start negotiating, then the deal-making starts... 6. Cons: "I had a middle seat on this flight and felt very cramped- by the end of the flight my legs were getting cramps and were twitchy. The boarding process was chaos- everyone gathered around the boarding area and it was impossible to board when the zone was called due to all the people in the way. Also, the food for breakfast was good but nothing great- the dinner on the previous flight was much more appetizing. Having said all that, flying Emirates was still a very pleasant experience."

Food is tilted heavily towards carbohydrates and main entree is about 25 percent less than it should be. If the menu evolves a bit to include slightly larger portions, more fiber , protein, vitamins and minerals , it would be a true 5 star experience. Other than food, I rate this flight and experience 5 stars ."

Flying Moscow to Delhi via Qatar Airways turned out bad , firstly the flight from Moscow to Doha is full and that's the reason for crew to not serve foods of choice for some passengers on board. Second bigpoint is doha to Delhi is operated via code share by Indigo. In short IndiGo is a shit airline to fly even domestically in India with because the planes are as bad as the service staff. Don't fly qatar India route in code share flights , especially it is codeshared with IndiGo

I had a horrible experience booking tickets in kayak. Got cancelled the last minute and had to give a hefty price. No customer support as well.
It was a good trip. Friendly staff. On time flights. Great experience.
We had a family traveling to SFO without wearing masks and I have to repeatedly request the flight attendants to ask them to wear their masks. It included elder people to children coughing and sneezing and my seating was amidst them. I had to request the attendant to find me an alternate seating, which turned out to be less comfortable, but better than my allotted seat.

The Doha airport is an architect's Ego Trip and badly laid out, extremely long walks to get anywhere, ferocious prices for anything (carry snacks for your layover!). The smoking lounge doesn't even have a proper exhaust system so smoke permeates the terminal in the vicinity. Plus 4 bar stools hogged by rude, arrogant young Arab men who have NO respect or consideration for elders, disabled, etc. Incident with boarding passenger in Saigon was VERY badly handled & delayed departure over an hour, risking connections for a number of passengers. They cannot handle things well, yet crew is basically nice, kind. Food is AWFUL; saving grace is fresh fruit, roll & butter, yoghurt - the nice little side dishes."

Boarding process was pure pandemonium...this was the first time in recent memory, where all coach passengers were invited to board at the same time! Very inefficient! Crowded seating in coach,with ten passengers sandwiched in across Boeing 767 aircraft. Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."

This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Cons: "Overall bad experience with Etihad Airways flying from Dulles to Abu Dhabi. I won't be flying with them again. 1. ETA: I had to apply for an electronic travel authority (ETA) (essentially an electronic tourist visa) twice despite the fact that I had been granted the visa originally by the Government of Australia two weeks prior to my flight. For some reason, airline staff said they could not see the visa information attached to my passport. I showed them the emails from the Government of Australia stating that my application had been successful along with the relevant reference number. The staff told me to apply for another one and let them know once I had. They informed me that this "happened all the time" with their customers traveling to Australia. If it is happening "all the time," Etihad Airways should check their database to ensure there are no glitches. It's Australia, not a third-world country, so it's likely on the Airline's end. The crew did not offer to look up my reference number or otherwise do any leg work to verify the visa that I already had, even when the application page stated that I already had a visa for the relevant time period! This stressed me out just a few hours before I was supposed to take off and could have been handled with a little effort by the staff. 2. Baggage Weight: They are sticklers for baggage weight, weighing your carry-on both prior to check in (it must be under 7 kg) and again right before boarding the plane. Literally no other airline has done this in my entire experience except the cheapo ones. Thankfully, I had a big purse and was able to shift the baggage weight around to get on because they pulled me out of line to board the plane. It's all going on the same plane so it makes no sense at all. This needlessly drags out the boarding process. 3. Crew: They sat a man who was coughing incessantly on my row (I had two empty seats next to me). The crew member accompanied him to my aisle while he told me where he would sit. The crew did not ask me to make space or anything (of course I would have said yes), but this particular gentleman had a cough and made me sick for my trip. I was not happy, and that situation could have been handled so much better. Bottom Line: Do yourself a favor and fly with Emirates. They're far better and professional and are similarly priced. Had none of these issues with them. (Added bonus: the food's a lot better as well)."

There were multiple lines at baggage check in for some reason for economy itself. We were guided by crew to one of the lines. Then after half hour, they put our line behind another line that arrived after us! Mismanagement led is to wait for nearly 2 hours at baghage check in. Also, the person at kiosk failed to check me in for connecting flight from Abu Dhabi(I was marked for airport checkin, so web check in was not an option). So when I reached Abu Dhabi, I was told my name was not even on the list!! Moreover I had only half hour layover at Abu Dhabi due to delayed flight from Mumbai . One of the worst experiences ever as it was also our honeymoon!"

In Chicago Etihad counter, they refused to clear my carry on saying it was too large and wanted me to pay $300 each. I had to empty one carry on into my backpack and was forced to pay $300 for the other. They should have refused in SFO instead of after my first leg of travel. It's a set up. I will not fly Etihad again period."
