"My screen didn’t work at my seat. Communication at Toronto airport between the two flights was non-existent. We were not given TSA precheck, we weren’t told we were going through US customs in Toronto, we were given instructions like go into that room and sit down. Really, really poor quality airport. Walkways were turned off, poor air conditioning, lack of food services, etc. I will try to avoid Toronto airport in future travels."

After traveling that long, I was getting antsy to be at my destination, and I asked the gate agent if she could bump me to a row towards the front of economy- thankfully the plane wasn't full, and she was able to! It's the little things like that, that are what make me fly United. Also, the cabin crew on the flight was great! Of course, the economy section of the plane wasn't an ideal amount of space, but come on- it was an hour flight, and they did a good job of trying to spread people out so that the rows weren't packed."

I jumped out of my seat realized I forgot to ask where the bags were placed that were collected on the jet bridge and went back to ask if they were in baggage claim or not and she yelled at me for turning around and told me she could not speak me because I had exited the plane already."

The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."
