The crew on all of the flights were all very nice. At the end of the day, my suitcase did end up getting shipped to my house within a few days. It was just a little unorganized throughout the process of tracking it down.

Following this, my flight in Bogota left 3 hours late. Not only did we board at the time we were supposed to be leaving, but then sat on the runway for an hour and a half before having to go back to the gate to refuel.... All passengers sat on the plane for 3 hours in Bogota before we ever took off with little to no communication as to why. Upon landing in Miami, my bag was then missing which honestly wasn't a big deal - I knew I'd get it back eventually. But with my new flight, I wasn't entirely sure which flight my bag should be with and which airlines (Copa or Avianca) I should go to regarding it. The staff for both were incredibly rude. My suitcase was the one missing and I was the happier, nicer one out of everyone I spoke to. I was told it would be shipped to my house which was great until I got an email saying I could pick up my suitcase at the airport. After searching for 2 hours of where to go and all staff pointing me to a different spot and offering little help, I tried calling the Avianca number I was given for any questions. Unfortunately, there wasn't going to be anyone who spoke English in until after my flight took off. After getting to my final destination, I tried calling the number again to try and sort out where my suitcase was and no one spoke English or could direct me to someone who could. I had to have my friend in Cali call the main office for me to find that my bad was still in Bogota after all of that.

American Airlines lied to us that this flight was canceled. They made me go to the ticket counter to book another flight. While standing in line, my husband found out it was not canceled, but they were boarding the plane. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was able to get our bags checked. No American Airlines employee would help us. They just said to go back to the end of the line. The porter called the gate to have the plane wait for us. American Airlines DISCRIMINATES especially against the elderly!

American Airlines DISCRIMINATES especially against the elderly! The airlines took my family of 6 off the flight that I booked 6 months in advance, and I had no flight out of Munich, Germany. I do not know why. I called and had them put us back on the flight. I paid extra for seats so that we could all sit together. The seats were given to others and my family could not sit together. The American Airlines employees were not helpful at all! The agent, Rowna, lied to us that we would be sitting together. They will not reimburse me for paying extra for seats that I did not get. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was more helpful than any employee.

They canceled our flight without notice, did not help us find a hotel or another flight and offered us a flight five days later in a foreign country. I am an American from USA and we should cut all contact with COPA airlines immediately.

Crew members were very humane and supportive.

We flew a transatlantic flight during storm Grayson in a 757. Not only it was irresponsable, but dangerous. Communications from the cockpit was poor.

They did not have any customs and immigration forms on the plane so everyone had to pick them up as we got off the plane and fill them out before proceeding to the customs area. It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed

I went through security at Lima Peru (Jorge Chavez International), everything was fine. I arrived to Panama, and the gate was next door which is just great awesome. The bad part was that I had to go through a security check once again there, although I had not left the airport since I left Lima. I went through the exercise, I was told that there would be no liquids (8 oz bottle of water, soda, etc) allowed passed that check point. Yet they were selling these items next to the gate. It made no sense why this checkpoint and why the liquid restrictions. Once in the area if I wanted to go use the restroom or whatever I needed to go through the checkpoint. There were 6 Copa employees manning this station, that's extra expense that the company passes on to the flyer for a step that should be evaluated and look at to see why other airlines do not do this. I was not the only one getting frustrated with this setup, but also passengers that did not speak Spanish they could not communicate with Copa employees. I saw this liquid restriction with Spirit Airlines in Lima, and I decided not to fly with them any more, no matter how inexpensive their fares were. Spirit told us that it was US law that made them have people throw away their drinks, although they were bought in a secured area. To me this was just a way to charge for drinks on the plane. I never had to throw away my drink if I had bought it in a secured area.

The crew was friendly and informative. Even though it was a full flight it was very punctual.

How people are randomly pulled of flights and stuck in countries and cities they dont want to be in due to the airlines overselling policies. It doesnt provide security or comfort as a flyer with the airline and makes me think twice about buying again with airlines that can do this type of things to their customers.

The crew on all of the flights were all very nice. At the end of the day, my suitcase did end up getting shipped to my house within a few days. It was just a little unorganized throughout the process of tracking it down.

Following this, my flight in Bogota left 3 hours late. Not only did we board at the time we were supposed to be leaving, but then sat on the runway for an hour and a half before having to go back to the gate to refuel.... All passengers sat on the plane for 3 hours in Bogota before we ever took off with little to no communication as to why. Upon landing in Miami, my bag was then missing which honestly wasn't a big deal - I knew I'd get it back eventually. But with my new flight, I wasn't entirely sure which flight my bag should be with and which airlines (Copa or Avianca) I should go to regarding it. The staff for both were incredibly rude. My suitcase was the one missing and I was the happier, nicer one out of everyone I spoke to. I was told it would be shipped to my house which was great until I got an email saying I could pick up my suitcase at the airport. After searching for 2 hours of where to go and all staff pointing me to a different spot and offering little help, I tried calling the Avianca number I was given for any questions. Unfortunately, there wasn't going to be anyone who spoke English in until after my flight took off. After getting to my final destination, I tried calling the number again to try and sort out where my suitcase was and no one spoke English or could direct me to someone who could. I had to have my friend in Cali call the main office for me to find that my bad was still in Bogota after all of that.

American Airlines lied to us that this flight was canceled. They made me go to the ticket counter to book another flight. While standing in line, my husband found out it was not canceled, but they were boarding the plane. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was able to get our bags checked. No American Airlines employee would help us. They just said to go back to the end of the line. The porter called the gate to have the plane wait for us. American Airlines DISCRIMINATES especially against the elderly!

American Airlines DISCRIMINATES especially against the elderly! The airlines took my family of 6 off the flight that I booked 6 months in advance, and I had no flight out of Munich, Germany. I do not know why. I called and had them put us back on the flight. I paid extra for seats so that we could all sit together. The seats were given to others and my family could not sit together. The American Airlines employees were not helpful at all! The agent, Rowna, lied to us that we would be sitting together. They will not reimburse me for paying extra for seats that I did not get. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was more helpful than any employee.

They did not have any customs and immigration forms on the plane so everyone had to pick them up as we got off the plane and fill them out before proceeding to the customs area. It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed

My first time flying with Copa and I really enjoyed it. The staff was kind, the on flight meal was great and I really liked the entertainment device for each person on the back of the chairs.

WE DIDNT TRAVEL. WE TRIED TO GET REENBIRTH FOR THE TRIP BECAUSE OF THE STATE IN WHICH PUERTO RICO IS IN, WE DIDNT WANT TO RISK OUR HEALTH TRAVELING AND I HAVE HAD NO LUCK GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I CANCELED THE TRIP WITH COPA AIRLINES ( WORSE COMPANY IN THE WORLD) AND THEY SAID THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOW WITH THE WEBSITE WE BOUGHT THE TICKET FROM. PRICELINE AND I'M GUESSING YOU. ANYWAY, I'M SURE YOUR COMPANY WILL ALSO NOT HELP SO WHY EVEN BOTHER. BUT IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK TO A TRIP THAT WAS NOT SAFE TO TAKE IN FIRST PLACE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I went through security at Lima Peru (Jorge Chavez International), everything was fine. I arrived to Panama, and the gate was next door which is just great awesome. The bad part was that I had to go through a security check once again there, although I had not left the airport since I left Lima. I went through the exercise, I was told that there would be no liquids (8 oz bottle of water, soda, etc) allowed passed that check point. Yet they were selling these items next to the gate. It made no sense why this checkpoint and why the liquid restrictions. Once in the area if I wanted to go use the restroom or whatever I needed to go through the checkpoint. There were 6 Copa employees manning this station, that's extra expense that the company passes on to the flyer for a step that should be evaluated and look at to see why other airlines do not do this. I was not the only one getting frustrated with this setup, but also passengers that did not speak Spanish they could not communicate with Copa employees. I saw this liquid restriction with Spirit Airlines in Lima, and I decided not to fly with them any more, no matter how inexpensive their fares were. Spirit told us that it was US law that made them have people throw away their drinks, although they were bought in a secured area. To me this was just a way to charge for drinks on the plane. I never had to throw away my drink if I had bought it in a secured area.
