Delay at the airport was not clearly communicated. No announcements were made and since we are foreigners it was very hard to know what was happening at the Wingo gate.

Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!
Flight was 2 hr late but at least I was upgraded to first class
I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.

Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.
Confusion at boarding with my seat (there wasn't one) that I had to have corrected using my status; then because of that had to check bags. And then a very long delay on the tarmac with no air conditioning on a very warm day. It was just a miserable experience all around.
Flight was delayed which isn’t the airline’s fault, but the communication around it was terrible. I left the lounge to show up at the gate to board at the time in my app, and the flight in front of mine was still boarding and the inbound plane hadn’t even taken off yet. Delays were slow to show up in my app. Improved communication could have let me have a more pleasant experience in the lounge vs waiting 1.5 hours at the gate.
We had to de-board do to maintenance and there was ZERO help with getting rebooked. The flight was delayed by over 24 hours. Quite ridiculous. When I. called Kayak to get help to rebook, they said they couldn't and that it had to be done at the American counter that didn't exist without going outside TSA security, which I did.
I spent 12 hrs getting home and had a direct flight that should have taken no more than 3 hrs. The first plane has an issue, was on the plane for over an hour before we had to deplane and move from A19 to A39 to board another plane. Boarded that plane to wait for another 45 minutes for it to also have an issue where we had to deboard. After everyone had went to get something to eat the food vouchers came out and half of us could not use. We then had to wait until 8:00 pm to board and finally got to Columbus Ohio at midnight. We were told that our luggage was on baggage 5. I waited 30 minutes to then realize my luggage was on 4. No notification sent. Horrible communication and I have a priority status.

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

It was horrible. My experience with Avianca. I didn’t know it was Pakistan international Airlines but anyway, whatever it is it is bad horrible you guys need to upgrade everything in those planes. And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you
