Pros: "The seats are not as luxurious as the international. They do not recline that much and are not pods. No surprise as that is similar to the US. But it was only a 3 hour flight so was fine. Food was same as first trip, solid.. Staff was very friendly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. They did not communicate at all the reason. Takeoff was supposed to be 8.30pm, didn’t take off until 11pm. Sat on the tarmac for over an hour and the crew or pilot did not say a word. The beverage service again was lacking compared to other international business class flights I’ve taken."
Pros: "Seat space continued to be better than BA. Nice surprise to get an evening meal on the last leg to Rome. I actually was able to sleep a bit on this smaller airplane as well. Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Cons: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."
Cons: "Our flight from Kathmandu was delayed so we missed our connecting flight to Vienna. We don't know why it took so long to organize the hotel. Turkish Airlines was ready with new boarding passes but we waited two hours at the hotel desk to get a bus to the hotel where we again had to wait till they gave each passenger a room. If they organized the boarding passes ahead of time, why not the hotel? So we were quite exhausted. The plane was again delayed leaving Istanbul. Movies on flight not what they used to be."

Cons: "Disorganized boarding process -- did not matter what Group you were in. Also instructions at gate were not said clearly in English nor were they repeated."

Cons: "The early morning fight was delayed, and I appreciated that TAP notified me ahead of time. However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight."

Pros: "TAP airline didn’t charge me for a checked bag on my flight to Lisbon. On the way back to Rome I was met with blank faces and no options. They demanded the extra $70 for a checked bag. On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst"

Pros: "TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it."
Cons: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Cons: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well"
Cons: "The aircraft was not full. Passengers were staggered, but not staggered enough. People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs"

Cons: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."
Cons: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Cons: "I was at the airport more than 2 hours ahead of my flight time. By the time I made it through check in, security, and immigration, I was already cutting it close. A random security check right at the gate made me miss my flight. There were no timely options to re-route my flight unless it was at a fee of over >$2,000. Horrible, stressful, experience."
Pros: "Was very lucky and had whole row of three seats to myself. Also time zone change so flight was only really 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 1/2 hours."
Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

Pros: "I was astonished to see a passenger putting nail polish on during the flight and no flight attendant did anything about the awful smell. Additionally, upon landing it is customary for passengers to unbuckle their seatbelts while taxi-not to the gate and standing up before the seatbelt sign has been turned off. The passengers have no regard for safety or rules."
Cons: "There was a strike so out flight got delayed a few hours. But that wasn't air europa fault."
