Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty
I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.
Great, except the canon was so cold. Even the flight attendants put jackets on
The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.

Horrible. Flight was delayed for 4 hours first till 7pm. Then for one more hour. Then again and around 9pm we were finally boarded and waited for catering delivery for another hour. At 10pm we were not interested on food at all. Tired, sleepy we arrived after midnight. Insane.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
Wifi was good on the flight from DCA to Dallas and terrible on the flight from Dallas to Tucson. The forward head in the flight from Dallas to Tucson was putrid smelling entirely urine soaked. The flight from DCA to Dallas was delayed by almost 30 min with a plane change.
As per usual for my flights with American Airlines, One flight was very delayed and caused me to miss my connection and they moved my flight to another day. I called customer support and was moved back to my original day but different flights. My layover flight was delayed by an additional 30 minutes while the flight crew confirmed that the plane was airworthy. Ultimately, it is less hassle to drive 10 hours than to fly 6 hours with American Airlines. I recommend my friends and family to hitch hike over taking this terrible transit.

For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Staff was very responsive and nice. Long delay because of mechanical issues was a problem.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination

The flight was delayed. I upgraded to more room. I can't imagine how small the regular seats are I haven't upgraded for my return flight yet.
