I had pre-selected a meal. I was told that it cannot be served because of some issue with the vendor. When travelling business class, I expect better service
Flight was on-time, boarding was flawless and the crew was friendly.
Flight pulled out on time but sat on runway for 30 mins. It was extremely cold in the aircraft despite wearing a winter coat. Surprisingly they had a vegetarian meal but could have some better snack choices for a 8 hour flight.
Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.
Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.
The boarding process was such a chaos with everyone crowding at the gates. There was no structure. The onboard crew were fantastic and very good.

The crew on the aeroplane were absolutely fantastic, very kind, very caring and very supportive. The food was good and the inflight entertainment was really good. When I went to collect my bag from the carousel, I was waiting a long time with the other passengers. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with everything else.
We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun
Theresa Spencer, a stewardess on the flight, was outstanding. Her kindness, helpfulness and watchful eyes made my flight especially comfortable. She's an excellent employee.
They cut off check in at 1 hr, while we were in line, & sold our seats.
Delays, changing flight times and screws us up when connecting with another flight . It’s the same ole story. Bahamasair don’t care and no one holds them accountable.
Poor, every time it’s Delays, delayed by 3 hrs to depart and still waiting in airport as another delay with no updates , Bahamasair is the worst and they are not interested in improving.
I love everything about bahamasair. Especially the safety they have for the people. I don't care how long they delay once I reach safe that's all. They made me not afraid to fly anymore
Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.
Flight was delayed more than 2 hours in departure. Boarding was lengthy and passengers were very rude. I waited on the plane for almost an hour once boarded and it was very hot. The passenger next to me was clearly I’ll: coughing and sneezing the entire flight.
Booked thru you. Paid and was supposed to have 1 checked bag and seat 3 C; with the same for my wife sitting on the opposite side of the aisle in 3D. At airport we had to pay $ 25 each for 1 bag each.. we’d were given seats inn row 17

It was a safe flight and am happy to be back on the ground in my island.
