Flight was 1/2 hour delayed leaving Phoenix. Otherwise it was an average flight. Flight crew on this trip was very nice.
Great crew. Very comfortable business seats with nice bedding. Good food. We were delayed to let late passengers on the flight, but otherwise great experience.
All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.
The experience was great and much better than the flight going out. of course I was in first class but the service was excellent
The flight was scheduled to depart DCA at 12:30 pm but was delayed twice on the ground so that we were finally scheduled to depart at around 4:00 pm. Once we boarded, it was announced that takeoff would be delayed again to fix a hydraulic problem which delayed our eventual takeoff until around 5:00 pm. Once we departed, it was a smooth flight back to ORD. We did not get any explanation about what caused the original significant delay. In my experience, this happens frequently with AA.
Baggage claim took too long and priority bags were not delivered first.
Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time
Iberia didn’t let me check in online or select my seats, the experience overall was not very pleasant
I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did
The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.
My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this
Never again! Each flight to and from DR was delayed over 24 hours.! 😡
