Dinner was so so but nice and hot. The breakfast in economy class was awful. The apple and cinnamon cake had too much cinnamon and left an aftertaste. The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage.

I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to.

I don’t think I’ve had flight attendants who were less caring of providing anything more than what David Spade and Chris Farley provided in Black Sheep - “show em an instructional video and throw a bag of peanuts at em and we’ll be there in no time”. United is quickly becoming the - even more so underwhelming - Greyhound of the skies

Poor service, cramped seats, screens small. Lufthansa does really well. This was a United flight and the difference was huge. United has no idea about service. Plus they changed our last leg without informing us that it was an hour and a half later. Then it was delayed. We left SF airport the time we were meant to be landing in SLC. That is a lot of extra time after a 11 hour flight. We were exhausted and not able to get home and sleep.

Crew was amazing , one patient was getting sick while flight and always to flight stewards where always outside bathroom to help her. And crew was still able to service whole plane of 200 passengers.

My screen seat miniature work but headphone jack was messed up tried two cords and not working so could see movie could not hear so for 5hrs that’s what I did which made me focus more on comfort. Plane interior was or looked brand new.

This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have.

Flight was on time for departing and arriving into Munich.

Boarding is way too slow, and always seems to be so confusing. There were a couple of crying babies on the flight that make sleeping a lot harder. A German flight should have at least one German bier for their customers. Gate agents moved my wife and I into a row with another customer and gave our seats to single person-which makes no sense to me, so he had two open seats around him, and we were in a full row. B.S.

Also, when I asked at gate, the attendant allowed our family with 3 kids ages 5, 7, 9 to board with one of the earlier groups. That helped a lot as it took the kids a little longer to get all set and we were not hurried.
