Cons: "No food or beverage service while in COVID mood. Pilates and flight crews were inconsistent with using masks. However overhead announcements by AA constantly stated that face mask were required and that the could prevent you from traveling with AA."

Cons: "The 2 hour delay due to the ground crew not having it together, this reason coming from the pilot. Flight attendant was complaining more than any of us passages. Even though 85% of us missed our connecting flights. After boarding the plane, the smell of the restroom, we all had to deplane."

Cons: "The gate check-in person was not very pleasant. Once we had to get off the plane after leaving the gate the flight information disappeared and could not be found on any flight tracking service. I know the airline cannot help the weather but keeping passengers informed is key to making people feel comfortable."
Cons: "The staff member at the gate counter in Philly was very short and rude. She asked for people volunteer to check their carry-on bags and when I took mine up she was very curt. She asked me for my seat number (I didn't hear her) and her tone got worse. A woman who did not speak English need assistance and was turned away by this person with s shrug. The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience."

Cons: "American airlines mishandled my luggage. Extremely poor communication about status. (I don't know how much all my phone calls to them will end up costing!) Two and a half days later, I have to return to the airport to pick it up. If you travel with AA, pack MORE than essentials in your carry-on! Also it is criminal that they charge extra for aisle seats!"

Cons: "After arriving at the airport more than 2 hours early and at the gate 30 min prior to departure, American Airlines never called last boarding call, not our names. We sat at the gate, not knowing they had boarded, and tje plane departed unbeknownst to us. Had to stand in the rebooking line for 1.5 hours before speaking to a rep who told us we couldn't rebook our international flight. Had to request a supervisor, who thankfully after an additional hour was able ro rebook us."

I came back this morning only to find I'm delayed again for another 4 hours. I'm a patient man but this was a bit to much even for me.
