Pros: "Gate check of carry-on luggage was nice. The connecting flight from DFW to FLL was on time and the boarding process was very smoothly executed by the gate agent. Well done!!"
Cons: "The flight out of RNO early in the morning was chaotic. One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Working plane mechanical issues"
Pros: "this flight was canceled!"
Pros: "Right on time"
Cons: "Wife on board"
Pros: "Flying out around bad weather; lucky we got out in time. Pilot did a reasonable job keeping passengers up to speed on what was happening. Flight attendants were friendly and respectful. CRJ-900 leather seats are more comfortable than your average economy seat."
Cons: "In flight wifi didn't work the whole trip. Plane was a sauna getting in and on the ramp, air conditioning wasn't working on the ground. Boarding took FOREVER with some less than competent wheelchair agents (I think)."
Cons: "More space."
Pros: "Short flight."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful!"
Cons: "There were no headrests for sleeping or TVs on thr airplanes. Also the flight departure time kept getting pushed back and ended up leaving over and hour late as did our last flight with american."

Pros: "Overall flight was great. Crew, pilot, flight attendants, boarding, everyone and everything was great. Drinks and snacks were offered."
Cons: "No seat back entertainment. 45 mins flight from San Antonio to Dallas had seatback entertainment. But 2hr flight from Dallas to Cozumel had no seatback entertainment. Go figure."
Pros: "The crew was incredibly helpful and friendly, the seats are so comfortable and the free tv is such a perk!"
Cons: "I wish the flight crew could more strongly enforce the storage issue. When I have to check my bag, adding another 40 mins to my airport experience, because someone puts their purse in the overhead storage it peeves me a bit."
Cons: "No power outlets in seats Poor viewing options off the 3 monitors Seat back was broken (when sitting up straight, it reclined on its own"
Pros: "On time arrival"
Pros: "Great crew with an attention to details!"
Cons: "40 min late and a bumpy ride the whole time but good flight"
Pros: "Boarding was efficient, easy. Lots of movie choices. Quiet flight."
Cons: "Flight attendant with an attitude. He announced the dinner choices but turned around the moment he began speaking. When I asked what he had said, he rolled his eyes. That's pretty disgusting and takes a lot away from the overall experience. Sorry, that I'm a burden when I paid a ton of money for this flight. And I had no extra or special requests. I'm an easy passenger. I didn't ring for service outside the scheduled ones once... E.V.E.R. Food was the same sweet sour chicken that I had on every one of my flights with American Airlines in the last few years. Come on. Mix it up a little. The flight is expensive enough. A tiny bit more pampering would just make the difference. And flight attendants with a pleasant and patient attitude would make things a lot easier."
Pros: "This was a great flight! I love the brand new plane, very comfortable even in coach. Entertainment system was well-done with good selection of movies. I didn't need my own device to be entertained on the long flight."
Pros: "Flight was smooth with no issues whatsoever!"
Pros: "Crew was very pleasant, boarding efficient."
Cons: "Food was very mediocre but nothing new in air travel. The biggest complaint is that there was no individual light available for each person to sue to read. On a transatlantic flight of 10+ hours that is not overnight, it is a bit much to expect customers to fill that much time if one cannot read because the lights aren't working. The flight attendant said it was a very old plane as the reason why, not exactly what one wants to hear. Also, the plane was different than the one I prepaid my seats for, thus the money I spent on bulkhead seats was wasted as we just got two normal seats. Not a good experience."
Cons: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."
Pros: "Food, OK legroom, complimentary wine & beer on a US carrier"
Cons: "Barely functioning ancient touchscreen system"
Pros: "Smooth flight."
Cons: "Could have picked something better to show."
Pros: "On time. Friendly."
Pros: "We bought the extra legroom. Worth it."
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Food was poor"
Cons: "Held hostage on plane through storm. Teased for 6 hours then cancelled at midnight."
Pros: "The comfort and ease were perfect and they were very helpful and accommodating with my bringing my guitar on board. The food was fairly mediocre in business class although the croissant was good. The stewardess who waited on business class was a bit unfriendly but her service was fine I would definitely fly with avianca again. Overall I had a very good experience."
Pros: "A value for the money."
Cons: "Again, narrow seats and hard."
Pros: "Economy comfort seating was nice but overpriced. Not sure its worth the $150 ish i paid. American even seems to charge for aisle seating as a premium."
Cons: "Most of the flight attendents acted likenthey wished they were somewhere else. Tired of there jobs."
Cons: "Old plane, no entertainment"
