I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Also, it was not clear that the international flight flew from the AA terminal and not from the International terminal where Iberia flies from...I had to walk to the AA terminal with all my bags which was stressful since I was dropped off at the international terminal which made sense as it was an international flight and the ticket did not say it was flying from the AA terminal only that it was operated by AA.."

Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

I would suggest looking at a different airline, perhaps one that cares more about the passengers iteneraries than the number of passengers."

Cons: "95% of my united flights are delayed. Today, they overbooked and asked for a volunteer. I did so and was offered a $1,500 compensation. Instead of 8:00, I would arrive at 11:00. I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again."

It would be nice just to know it'll be a long wait, so we can leave and come back or reschedule our flight for the next day."

Cons: "The whole flight seemed like a sales pitch. Pay to upgrade to our empty seats with a little more legroom. Pay to watch TV cross country (Delta, American, and all others are included). They did have more sales pitches on the screen for 6 hours though. Pay for snacks. Not even peanuts or pretzels anymore. They do give you a disgusting wafer. Flew back on Delta and didn't see any of this. Between this and their recent beating up of customers, no more United for me."

Pros: "Overall the flights were trouble free. The seats on the CRJ145 to Chicago were pretty confortable. United is the only airline that gives passengers a complete can of coke instead of just a cup. The snack was just so so."

We had to fly out the following morning which made things very inconvenient for getting rides from the airport and getting to work on time."

However as I was getting ready to head to the airport, my flight was canceled and they rebooked for another flight that would leave the next day with a 3 to 4 hour layover. I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!"

Cons: "There was a hurricane and I couldn't get you to cancel my flight. I was not able to fly because of car damage and work responsibilities from the storm. I am waiting to hear from Allianz, the insurance company to see if I will get a refund."

Cons: "After being told that the flight from West Palm would be an hour late leaving West Palm informed the agent that I had a connection in Tampa at 9;15. She stated that I would make the connection without a problem. She later asked how many people were going to Pensacola. I was the only person to raise A HAND. sHE LATER STATED THAt the flight would wait for my connection. We landed at 9:05 and taxied in about 10 min. The flight was to leave at 9:15. The flight attendant on my flight asked where was the connecting flight,they replied it left already. Iwas rebooked on America To Charollet,N C to connect for Pensacola. That took 4hrs more."

Cons: "This was the rudest and most unprofessional airline staff I have ever worked with in my life. I personally watched the lady at the gate check-in desk straight up lie to a passenger who she didn’t like personally. This passenger was late for boarding by 2-3 minutes (yet still 10 minutes before scheduled take off), and when he arrived at the gate the Silver Airways employee informed him that he would not be allowed to load since the door had already shut and the engines were already running. From my seat though, I could clearly see that the engines were completely still and not yet started. When I noticed this, I started paying closer attention. After pleading with the Silver employee in a civil manner, he began to become agitated with the lack of help he was getting. It was the day after Christmas, and the man was just trying to fly home to his family. The plane was still sitting at the gate, but the Silver employee said (in a very rude fashion) there was nothing she could do except change him to a later flight. 15 minutes go by, and the plane finally starts to back out of the gate. The man who had just missed his flight decided to take the Silver employee up on her offer to switch to the later flight, but when he asked, she looked at her computer and said there was no more space available on the later flight. Disappointed and annoyed, the man left the terminal completely frustrated because she had just offered him a later flight that didn’t have any room left. Or at least that’s what she told him. 2 Minutes later, another man approached the gate desk with the same problem, he missed the same flight. This time though, when she looked up the same exact later flight, it all of a sudden had plenty of space. She even asked the man whether he would prefer an exit row or a window seat. I was left completely dumbfounded. This employee had just told the previous man it was full, and now she was printing a boarding pass for this guy. It was obvious that she liked this man more than the last guy, and that’s why she was able to “help”. This makes me absolutely disgusted with Silver Airlines character and integrity. I will never fly Silver again, and I hope all who read this take my advise."

Cons: "The flight was scheduled to leave at 7am. Silver staff did not arrive to work at the airport until 7am. No one at the airport or over the phone at Silver could tell us what was going on. It was the most I believable moments I’ve ever encountered. We were forced to sit and hope someone showed up. Finally two women come in at 7am check our bags, then take us to the plane and board us. I boarded with one women who never even gave her boarding pass to them. We asked another employee if they needed it and he said not to worry about it as they didn’t need to scan them. What?!"

Cons: "The plane was taken out of service in Tampa which makes me question the safety. We were 2 hours taking from Tampa because of replacement aircraft. Poor reliability. 2 hours late getting to Pensacola. I paid a lot of money to be inconvenienced. This company needs to go out of business!"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed multiple times due to weather conditions. I completely understand that cannot be helped. The problem was the gate staff dud NOTHING to communicate any updates or what was occurring at any time!! A simple announcement or posting, would have kept passenger frustration at bay. The board never was changed from "on time"!"

Pros: "That I made it there alive."
Cons: "The 2 hour delay. My flight was supposed to arrive at my destination at 3:47pm, yet we didn't board the plane that was supposed to leave at 2:25 until 4:20, despite no weather delays or issues with the plane. The only explanation was the plane was "scheduled" to land at 3:47. Even better they only announced this change 5 minutes before our departure time, and we're very unapologetic about it, as though it's commonplace and completely acceptable. Don't fly Silver Airways, and be careful booking with United, as they will place you in one of these companies. it amazed me at how in the 4 hours I was there, I counted 3 flights that were delayed besides mine. Just horrendous all around."

Cons: "Arrived on transfer 60 minutes prior to flight and were told needed to be there 2hours early, we'd never make it through security. Made us go back to partner (JetBlue) airline in another terminal we'd just come from. After running 1/2 mile between 2 terminals in 90+ degree heat they booked us on the next flight which was again 60 minutes away. JetBlue said they could have just called them but them made us run around, literally. In the end the first flight was delayed and we could easily have made it as when we got to security we were the only people there. Took less then 5 minutes to get from check-in to terminal. Ridiculous amount of stress and run around for no reason. Don't expect good service from these guys in FTT!"
