Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.
The seating is very small. I have restless legs but the people did everything they could to help me. Unfortunately I asked for a wheelchair between Charleston and Seattle but they didn’t have one for me! The rest of my trip was good.
Everything was good. Please have a wheat free option for snacks in the future.
Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
How can I review what was denied to me. Instead of offering to let me pay for the ticket I got booted of my flight with no way home and no choice but to purchase another ticket for 12 hours later. Filing a complaint with the DOT

Coke zero offered...good. The proptness of flight was late. This has been a everytime thing for my last 9 flights. And is putting alot of pressure on my connecting flights. Not a bit punctual. I am always early, but Ak. Airlines is not. And people i happen fly beside, parrot the same thing. The baggage delivery to baggage claim, is not prompt. Its slowwwww. The seats are poorly padded, very crowd. We need more room, not padding the airlines bottom line. Its like a cattle car. More leg room, more side to side room. And attendants need upgrade of verbal skills. I have been faithful to Ak. A., but it will change if changes are not made. Not the only planes in the sky.
We were very late to take off, late exit plane, and luggage took a long time.
My flight was cancelled last minute with zero acceptable options and reimbursement. I called Alaska and was told I had to pay for my own flight home so I bought a ticket for $500, I missed work worth $450. I had no babysitter for my child and her father missed work for another $480. I have diabetes and health conditions that require medication and proper diet which was extremely difficult with only $48 of vouchers and not enough medication for the extra 24 hour to 48 hour delays home. I understand things happen but the support Alaska gave wasn’t responsive enough to compensate or reimburse for the inconvenience. It took several hours to get a hotel for the night as Alaskas link was incorrect, vouchers were used and had no more rooms, people were walking the airport 10x to be told their next flights weren’t accurate home. If someone was disabled I don’t know how they even got support.
Awful. My flight ight 443 from Phila was over 30 minutes late and when it arrived.ittook more than 20minutes together toyhegate and 15minutes together to.checkink in. There was insufficient time to get to the terminal and theplaneleft demanding mme inSeattle. Alaska airline custservice wouldnodue anything except book me on a 3:30 pm flight on ov 15. Our flight was delayed by over 4 hours due to a maintenance issue. They announced a new plane was on the way. We were given a $12 food voucher ( airport food is quite expensive You can’t even by a water and a small snack for 12:00. 4 hours later we boarded and landed in Atlanta at 10:20 ish pm. Of course we missed our connection and we were given a hotel voucher and another food voucher ! We didn’t make it home until 11:00 the next day ! Unacceptable
Everything about this flight was good except for the very end when I reached my destination. Everyone from the tune to the wheelchair escorts were great with the case were great but I miss you with people at the check in this at the very end. I need help from the chicken desk because I forgot my pillow on the plane The female worker at the chicken desk said that they found my pillow and she was going to retrieve it for me. She left a 30 minutes without any update and her so she saw me walking back and forth waiting for her and they didn't even bother calling her or radioing her for any updates. They were busy because they were behind schedule and they were overwhelmed but thanks because at least glanced me and try to give me an update just a quick radio check or phone call. I don't care about the pillow but if you tell me to wait, I waited for at least half an hour before I said something and I just left because they wouldn't bother talking to me so I could, so everything's going in the review. I took pictures of the two men that were left working at the check-in counter. The totally ignored me despite the signals I've been giving them. I don't see any offers in the kayak review to add pictures or screenshots so I'm going to post another review I don't know their name but I'm pretty sure Delta will find other names when they see the review. Google with pictures. There was another guy at the chicken counter bring an orange workers vest who finally left after telling me that the girl that was retrieving my pillow is working the gates now. That would have been if they just told me that's what happened. But I had no update. Make me wait for nothing. Thank you Delta airlines!
This wasn't my experience with Delta. It was just the Pegasus flight. Seats were very hard. Staff was kinda rough. Not very nice. Charged me for snacks. For a 4 hour flight I would've expected more.
I had a flight cancel and had it rerouted. When the rerouted they put me at a window seat instead of an isle. It was hard sitting by the window because the couple with masks on were making out. I get motion sickness which is why I need to have the isle seat.
They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!
The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.
The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.
The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
Know that the movies that you are going to be offered are the oldest be rated movies they could possibly get. They may have one or two new movies that they keep advertising but when you’re flying 15 hours, there is nothing to see past the first new movie.
Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.

United Airlines is my preferred airlines and I am thankful for Gary who also help support me on the phone to switch my flight literally last min.
The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect
The attendant were friendly. I suggest you have a medical attendant on board every flight so that in case someone is sick , he/she will help them.
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
The flight and boarding were easy peasy. I was traveling with my 4-year-old, so a smooth boarding experience was especially appreciated. My only piece of feedback is really about where our gate was in O'Hare. They've shoved four gates into a tiny corner of the B terminal and there isn't early enough room or seating for everyone. Not United's problem, but did dent the overall experience.

I was trying to take 2 one and a half hour one way trips and I experienced almost 20 delays over the course of those two trips. Only a few of them were due to weather the rest was disorganization

The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.
